The location is really good, right in front of the beach. Our room had a window opening to a shared balcony. They provide beach towels.

There is no mini fridge in the room( considering it’s a summer vacation place, the addition of a mini fridge would be nice). The bathrooms need serious renovation. There is not even a shower cabin in the bathroom. There is nothing separating the water coming from shower head with the rest of the bathroom. Also It is not a nice experience trying not to touch the shower curtains in a hotel room used by lots of people in my opinion.

Lovely hotel at a perfect location. Staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay as enjoyable as possible. On one side of the hotel there was a beach and the other the avenue down to the main shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was in easy walking distance from the hotel, which was a plus. Would definitely recommend anyone staying at this wonderful hotel.

It would good to have a few more breakfast options. Crepes were available first two days, but not after this. Also some additional pasty options in addition to mini croissants and Pan au chocolats.

Abib, on reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and gave us ice buckets and glasses for our own bottle of champagne to take to the beach. Bar was very reasonable and open 24 hours. The breakfast restaurant was really lovely,, it looked recently refurbished and had beautiful views out to the sea. A good buffet breakfast Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable with very good soundproofing. Comfy beds and pillows. The location was spot on. Directly opposite the beach, five minutes walk up to the casino where you can catch buses and straight out into the old town from the back of the hotel. A great value hotel..

The only thing we can fault was that there was no mirror above the dressing table and no milks with the coffee and kettle facility. Otherwise all good .

This hotel was absolutely amazing! They had the Olympics playing on the TV in the lobby which was really fun to watch when cooling off in the AC. They also had a big terrace with chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas overlooking the beach and water right across the street. The hotel staff also arranged to have a jazz duo come in the evening and play live music on the terrace. They served drinks and this was so relaxing and such an amazing touch. The hotel staff were incredibly nice, happy to talk to you and give recommendations. I was trying to learn French while here and the hotel were so patient explaining words to me and conversing. The hotel itself is in the perfect location. The front door is right across the street from the beach and the back door opens to a cute street with shops and grocery stores. This was a 12/10 hotel and stay. Would definitely stay. here again and recommend it to others.

Superb location with two exits; one leads you right at the beach and the other takes you to the doorsteps of the old town. Everything you need! Menton is out of this world beautiful. Everything is reachable by foot, there is a minimarked right across the hotel in the old town, and a fantastic bakery a few blocks down on the beachside.. Very clean hotel and the staff is great. Frontdesk employee Isabelle provided us with a big room in the 4th floor with a lovely balcony and views even before our arrival, she really made our stay even more perfect! Merci beaucoup, pour votre service extraordinaire! We loved it!

No fridge in the room.

Almost everything ! I have stayed in many three star hotels but this hotel has become my best favorite ! No frills but very practical, very friendly / welcoming and helpful staff, heart of Menton, quiet, beautiful views of seas and mountains at the both sides ( l had to change the rooms for the availability during my stay), air- conditioning working perfectly….lt was just unpretentious but clean and very comfortable ! Thank you so much for making my memories in Menton something unforgettable ! Staying in the hotel like this would certainly contribute. I think this hotel has bit been underestimated on the reviews…So it was a very nice surprise to choose and come across with the right accommodation like this.

I liked everything but the wifi which was slow….and the electric kettle was not working in the both rooms l stayed. I think this is to do with the wattage problem…? Both problems could be hopefully simple and sorted out soon….

The location was perfect. It was in the center of everything but the hotel was still very quiet. They had the Paris olympics playing in the lobby which was fun to watch. Our favorite was the terrace with lounge chairs with umbrellas overlooking the beach. One day they even had a duo come to the terrace and play jazz music in the evening. It was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were absolutely lovely and patient. 10/10 stay and I would come back to this hotel again!

Great Location very close to the city centre and main city attractions, beach is just across the road, 13-15 mins walk to train station and loads of places to eat around. Its in a very safe area staff was good breakfast was good 👍 highly recommend. Hotel is also very aesthetically pretty from the front side loved the little patio looking over the promenade

Only thing that bothered me was the shower as it was too small other than that it was a perfect stay for us overall

Good sized clean room, good quiet aircon & once the windows were shut it was very quiet, nice view (city), excellent breakfast, nice bar & nice staff generally. The building was beautiful with a nice sun deck & the location was superb. The bed was large & very comfortable. Our son & friend had a room which was smaller but still pleasant.

Area around the toilet was very tight, they could have taken some space from the large bed area to make the bathroom a bit bigger. No milk for the tea, I think it isn't a French thing maybe? The kettle switch kept turning off, we swapped it twice, all had the same issue & the safe didn't work. One reception staff assisted a person behind me, they obviously don't queue in France! Overall the hotel was quite basic standard wise but we had no expectation of it being anything else.

Location is perfect and the big bonus of this hotel, it‘s in the same time on the beach and in the old city center. The best part is that hotel has two entrances, and you can in just few steps reach the beach/promenade or the busy old city streets. Room is really spacious. Our was on the city side and if you leave the window open, it is too noisy, all night long. If possible, I recommend to book the room with sea view, it looks gorgeus. Stuff is very kind and helpful, entrance and lobby is very nice arranged, the garden is beautiful. With a few changes and some renovation this hotel could be perfect.

Bathroom. The sunbeds in the solarium (some were broken and overall the plastic furniture looks very cheap and downgrading). Hair in the shower.
