I loved how kid friendly the property was, the location, and the pool area, it was great my kids could use the water slide with no fear of going underwater. Breakfast was wonderful, with choices for everyone, lobby was beautiful, rooms were very clean, and nicely laid out.

Lack of supervision in the pool area, kids were in the area with no adults, myself and my husband watched a group kids miss treat the equipment, running back and forth on the pool deck. Also disliked the rowdiness late at night between 10:30pm till 11:00pm there were christen running back and forth the hallway screaming. We were also given a room with 2 double beds but our booking was for 2 queen beds the gym had only 2 working cardio machines.

Location was far off from friends and family but was comfortable. Ambience and environment was clean. Room had nice smell and bed nicely made. Cool and calm atmosphere

I started calling the hotel from the airport all to no a avail. Even getting the reception from my room was possible. My daugther had to go down to the reception to make request. Hotel staff should be easy to reach anytime. Also breakfast staff should smile and look cheerful because who you start and how you start your day matters.

The bedrooms were big. Cot bed are provided upon request on first come first serve basis, at no extra cost. Breakfast included (Continental and hot food options). The pool, slide! Front desk staff and kitchen staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is near Dartmouth Crossing stores and Mic Mac Mall and is not in a traffic crowded area. Parking lot has a lot of space.

The rooms were not made every day. We had to ask for coffee kcups, towels and faceclothes on both subsequent days that we were there.

Convenient

We felt threatened when u left a tag saying you have a right to enter the room as we had accidentally left our privacy tag on our door. Honestly threatening is not a good way to get into our room. You could have simply asked us. I was very uncomfortable. I wish you would have just asked. We were in NS for a funeral so we were under a lot of stress and we didn’t need to be threatened.

Comfortable beds, nice shower, the waterslide that does not go into the pool. Buffet, breakfast and location.

The dirt and hair on the floor around the pool. Cold pool water I couldn’t even get in the pool. My kids didn’t enjoy the pool. The buffet breakfast was so so. Not as good as I remember. Not fresh when there’s still an hour left. Kids walking on the slide caused my daughter to get hurt.

We got in mid afternoon and the person at reception offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king room. OMG - it was a 3 room suite!! I had trouble remembering where I left my shoes. The breakfast was complete and hot, but the crowning touch was the ginormous water slide.

It was a ways from downtown and with the huge bridges and construction and double back turns it was hard to find the way back and forth for Saturday night fun.

My favorite thing about staying at the best western, was the pool! Although the pool is on the smaller side, we really enjoyed the water slide and were fascinated by the splash pad! We also enjoyed the variety of free breakfast each morning. We asked staff for a fan (even though we had A/C) and they were so easy to accommodate and even delivered it to our door!!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property! 10/10 recommend!

Nice waterslide, nice King size bed, TV works with your phone to play netflix/prime etc. Breakfast was ok. Waffles are precooked and need to be toasted. Eggs were hot, but dry. Coffee was good.

Pull-out bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable for my teenager who usually loves them. There was a bday party for little kids who never stopped screaming. Could hear them throughout the hotel. Elevator shook a bit when it moved, weird.

Breakfast was excellent!! Room clean for the most part. Waterside when you can get near it.

The pool is a lot smaller than I expected and the pool area was packed the entire time. Booked this hotel specifically because of the water slide and we couldn’t get near it. Kids running through the entire hotel unsupervised. Maybe it was just a bad weekend that we were there, but I could’ve got something a lot cheaper that would’ve been just as nice. Staff were kicking people out of the breakfast at exactly 10am.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were great with the kids and had lots of information for us when we needed help with things to do. The gym was convenient and small things like the water fill Station in the hallway made all the difference! Breakfast was good too, with lots of options.
