The privacy, no noise from the street being far away from the main street

The parking next to me was made difficult by bigger cars parking and semi blocking the parking spot for my unit.

This is a mid level property. Not a fancy spa but the price is also reasonable. This is an excellent place if you want a very clean, convenient, work-friendly comfortable place to stay. The family that runs it is extremely nice, the rooms and the grounds are spotless. The free parking could not be more convenient. The rooms are quiet and the fridge and microwave are very handy. If you are just looking for a place to stay in Napa, I would highly recommend this.

I would have liked to have had a coffee maker. But otherwise the facilities are just fine.

It was unique and cute...the price and location... they offer a continental breakfast.

The heat/AC unit looked old and not kept up, the vent was broken. But it did keep the room just warm enough. The location of the ice machine (it was outside at the edge of the office, on the street side, where anyone could walk up and mess with it..

This is usually the least expensive hotel room in Napa. Keeping that in mind, it’s nice, good location, clean, has everything you need to sleep and shower. It’s comfortable and the staff is friendly. If you’re just staying overnight, it’s perfect. Plenty of parking too.

The host is very hospitable and accommodating ，and the location is fantastic,very close to downtown Napa, It just the air conditioning is bit loud ，and room is smaller than usual，but overall is a fare 2 starred hotel ，recommended for quick overlays in Napa

The room was clean, location convenient, the staff were very nice.

The air conditioner had a bad odor to it. Probably needs to be upgraded. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as there is basically bread or Bagels and coffee.

Each room was its own private little house with its own parking space which made it great for privacy and easy parking. The room was small but cozy, and it had everything necessary. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were also brought daily.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the inn.

For the price I honestly cannot complain. If I were paying double I would definitely expect more, however, this was not the case. I received the value for what I paid.

Light breakfast that includes, toasts, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea and bagels. The parking is next to your room. The staff was super friendly.

The room that we had was the only one with a narrow bathroom.
