- The staff were so nice and made me feel so at home here. They always carried bags for me and helped me when I needed to find somewhere to eat, an envelope & folder for something, stuff to write on, also getting water with ice several times. Shout out to Javier in the restaurant, Richard and Brendan on reception. I only got their names but everyone working there was super receptive and helpful. - my room was also perfect. Just what I was hoping for after doing a very intense training course nearby, this room had AC, extremely comfortable and cosy beds (soft mattress, pillows, and really nice sheets), private balcony with a good view across Barranquilla towards the river and good for people watching, wardrobe space, a mini fridge, space to practice yoga, and a table and chair. Exactly what I wanted. - the pool was nice too! A bit too sunny in the day but good for afternoon swim. - the breakfast was great, could do with making the scrambled eggs vegetarian everyday because they put ham in the eggs many times :( - the dinner menu has vegetable pasta which looked and tasted good but it was served tepid/not that hot which was a bit disconcerting. Luckily I was fine! - the bar was carnival themed and had nice music where I waited and had a beer while waiting to check in, but the colours are a bit much maybe could be less flashing lights

On Saturday night I think there was an event on when I got back late and the music continued until around 2am. I was on the top floor of the hotel and could hear the event happening but I just used earphones to sleep. The bathrooms could be improved with an extractor fan and slightly more flat tiling because there was a little bit of water on the shower floor pooling.

The staff make you feel very spoiled , they are so nice and friendly ,I didn’t like the first room cause they have a side that is old but they moved me to the new side, just call ahead and ask them to be in the new side, because after I got the new room was 5 out of 5. Breakfast is soo yummy. Another little detail didn’t like was that they take too long to give you new towels but honestly the way they treat me and my family ,was worth the stay. Location is sooo good you can walk to good places from there and they always can call a taxi for you , one that is safe. I highly recommend this place.

Better towels.

The rooms & bed were clean and comfortable. We ate lunch beside the pool, then later our group of 15 had dinner at the Hotel. The staff arranged large table as we were having a birthday celebration for 1 member of our group. Lady at Front counter spoke English, we had accidentally double booked a room. She was able to cancel the extra room upon our groups arrival. She also arranged for taxis to pick up the group for 4am trip to the airport.

We were a group of 15 Canadians. At the Dinner meal, the waiter was by himself to handle all our issues as well serve some other guests their meals. It was a bit slower for service than we would have liked but we all eventually got our meals/drinks. He was doing his best! He also got EVERY food, drink order & bill correct!

Fantastic buffet breakfast Spacious room with a big window looking out onto a quiet street The mattress was super thick but hard enough, very comfortable Amenities are a bit old but everything works ok The staff is friendly without being intrusive Location is awesome too

Everyone was really great I most definitely recommend this hotel and I will most definitely come back again, and the pool is really good, I hate that I didn’t enjoy it as much.

Needed more towels and my Spanish was not very good but my cousin was there and he’s from Colombia and I explained to him that I did not get the correct room that I paid for and he talk to the people behind the desk and sorted everything out but from that everything was really good so I most definitely give this hotel a 10/10 :)

I have been there only 1 night to participate in an event in the city. The hotel was in a good position and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and it had verything it needed.

The hotel was a little bit loud and the breakfast can be improved a little.

Staff was suPer friendly and helpful. Made the stay a pleasure. WiFi was to weak to stream video I wanted to watch. So missed a fight I wanted to watch. Otherwise no complaints. Certainly would stay again.

I can't find words to adequately compliment the staff and the service they provide. All the staff from the frontdedt to the dining room went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in my entire travel experience. Thanks to the management and staff.

stayed here the last 3 times I’ve been in Barranquilla always always comfortable big room and nice food unfortunately this time wasn’t as good looks like they are renovating a few areas of the hotel so not all the facilities were available and the pool area was shut but still enjoyed my stay with them and will book again it a nice hotel and good price

Wi-Fi didn’t quite reach the whole room would disconnect if I went to the balcony area and was only 1-2bars in the room

very good location, the staff were very friendly and carried my bag upstairs for me as there was no elevator in my part of the building.

the breakfast had very little vegetarian options and limited options in general
