The staff was amazing - very professional, kind, and helpful. We absolutely loved all the staff that we interacted with. Our room was very nice too. It was clean and functional, and we had no issues at all. The indoor/outdoor pool was right outside our window, and while it did get a little loud on Saturday evening, it wasn't a big deal at all. I know a Karen would complain about it though. We did not eat at the hotel, but from what we saw they had a large continental breakfast with many options for everyone. We also got free dinner/drink cards with our booking, which was sweet. We would definitely stay here again!

Our issues were very minor, and wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. I wish there was a vent in the bathroom so it wouldn't steam up so much when showering, and there was no lock on the bathroom door, which isn't ideal when traveling with kids. The pool right outside our window didn't bother us, but I know it would bother other people.

The outdoor pool is great for families. The happy hour/dinner are a good value.

By no means is it the staff’s fault but the fire alarm started going off in the middle of the night no one told us to evacuate. No one could tell us what was going on. It continued to go off for roughly an hour and a half all of the lights were out no generator kicked in. My children and I packed by cellphone flashlight and left at 4:30 in the morning because we couldn’t take anymore of the alarm and it was extremely hot and humid outside and the rooms were starting to warm up to an uncomfortable level. I understand that there was a situation going on when we checked out but a follow up email offering some type of refund or partial refund. Perhaps voucher for future stay would’ve been a nice gesture given the ordeal.

They do a kickback time from 530-7pm each night with light dinner/snacks like nachos, BBQ sliders, hot dogs, etc. Plus they have a soda machine you can use whenever. And each adult gets 3 free drinks during it, beer, wine, or a few choices of cocktails! We got the king suite since we were there for a couple nights and we had our 12 year old son and 2 yr toddler. Room was huge, even with the couch pulled out and the playpen for our toddler in the main room. Plus the king room was nice and dark because no windows. Everything was very nice and super clean. Staff was excellent and friendly. Definitely will be our go-to hotel from now on.

Great pool & eating area. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Perfect location with great restaurants that are all walkable. Parena bread is really close. Free soda drinks in lobby coke products (coke, Diet Coke, Mello Yello, pibb xtra). Gym was good, small but had free weights. Perfect location if you’re staying in the Northern UA/Dublin area.

Signage indicating when the Coca-Cola machine is on or off. My wife was bummed she couldn’t fill up her Stanley before we left for the road. Our room wasn’t the cleanest either, there was long black hair in our room. We were in 129, right across from the pool and the noise was manageable. The AC is loud, but not too bad.

The staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. They were eager to help and always professional. Our room was clean as was the pool which was nicely stocked with towels.

The only thing I didn't like was not having bags in the room trash cans. When I asked for them I was told they don't use them but was given an extra large trash bag to use for all of the room trash which worked fine and I just took it to the dumpster in the mornings. I'm sure housekeeping would have collected it but I was already heading that way and didn't mind taking it out.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. We got into our room and it was perfectly clean water was hot and refreshing. Bed was super comfy I even wanted to figure out what brand mattress it is cause I need one! Thr hot tub was awesome and the pool was cool too. I loved breakfast and lunch it wasn't a 5 star meal but it beats spending money on food every night. I will be looking to stay at this hotel chain whenever I go on vacation!!

Kids were jumping in and out of the hot tub which I know isn't the hotels responsibility but there should be a rule that kids under 16 aren't allowed in the hot tub.

Hot and cold breakfast are provided daily. In the evening, from 5:30 to 7:00, a meal of salad, vegetables and entree such as pasta or pizza. They also have hot dogs and corn chips available. Each adult is provided tickets for two alcoholic beverages per night. Sodas, coffee and tea are unlimited. The rooms are comfortable and a good value. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym and laundry services.

It was very crowded on the weekend. There was a small conference taking place. LOTS of Ohio State fans in for the game against Indiana. OSU won. Everyone was fine, but the lobby/dining area did get tight. The staff worked extremely hard to be sure that everything was clean and welcoming.

I liked everything, wish I could have been more active in the activities on property like eating at the restaurant or drinking from the bar, but was too tired from driving and just wanted to lounge, relax, and enjoy the layout of the room. Very, very nice hotel and I'll recommend this hotel to any and everybody I come across. Just lovely, pure and utterly lovely. I give this hotel with the looks inside and out a 10🌟. Now imagine how many more stars this hotel gets with overall grading. Loved it.

If this hotel had room service, OH ........MY.............. GOD!!!!!!!!!!! BUT even that wasn't bad.

The breakfast was delicious. The lobby is super nice. The "snacks" for dinner were amazing, as were the complimentary drinks. The hot tub was nice and warm (as it should be) and the pool was a great temp too!

Only complaints were the elevators were extremely slow. Didn't matter which one both were slow. Sometimes you waited 3-5 minutes for the elevator. And the rooms were smaller than what im used to. The beds were decent. Not extremely comfy but not absolutely horrendous.

Everything! We had issues with the previous hotel we booked (double tree Hilton -dublin) so we changed to Drury and I wish we would have went there to begin with! Staff were incredible, room was clean, beds were comfortable. You get free breakfast, free dinner, 3 free adult beverages a night and free popcorn and soft drinks. My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. From the moment we walked in, Lynn made us feel at home! Drury will be our go to hotel from now on!
