We were stationed in Germany for 14 years and this hotel made us feel like we were back in Europe. It was immaculately clean with unique styling and charm. The room was large with a huge big screen TV, comfortable beds, and a spacious, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was good with many selections like mini omelets, bagels, fresh ground coffee, fruits, cereals, juices, and breakfast bars. Location was great as it's close to Memphis without the security and safety concerns. Staff was friendly and their recommendation of One & Only BBQ was the best brisket we've ever had! It was an outstanding value as our stay was over Memorial Day weekend and they didn't jack up their prices like other hotels did. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel!

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean, even smelled clean (you could smell the bleach in the bathroom after they cleaned it). The bed & pillows were comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but I did grab some coffee from the breakfast bar, and the coffee maker grinds fresh beans and brews your cup right then and there, coffee was great. I visit the Southaven/Memphis area often and this hotel surpasses most of the places I've stayed nearby, we were quite surprised. My wife agrees with all my statements. Fairly safe area of Southaven compared to Memphis and Horn Lake. Definitely would stay here again.

My entry card stopped working every day after 11am and I had to get the front desk to re-activate them each day, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to it being a very decent place to stay especially for the price.

The location and the newness.

The room phones did not work either night of the 2 night stay. There was not bath soap in the shower dispenser. I had to go down to get assistance. The front desk presentation should be BETTER. They are the front thing a person notice. We like the concept. Please follow up on the guest service desk. The hotel is nice and new. A very nice location. It was not a bad stay. However it was an inconvenience to come down from your room to get assistance. This could cause a none repeat of staying with AVID.

Convenient location from the interstate, plenty of parking, clean room, comfy beds. Glenda was very pleasant during breakfast. There to answer any questions. Husband was pleasanosurprised with the breakfast sandwiches. Freshly ground coffee was also a big olus.

Water didn’t get very hot in the bathroom. Comfortable enoungh, but if you wanted a “hot” shower, you had to settle for warm. It was fine for me, but hubby likes hot showers.

The place is always clean and the staff always top notch h professional. We love coming to the hotel and will be back again. We really like the smart tvs so we can cas our streaming services to enjoy our favorite shows.

This was the first time we had any issues at all and it was not on the hotel or the staff but we had a basketball team staying above us and the kids were a little over the top noisy until late that night. Not the hotels problem but the adults with the kids to not think of others staying at the hotel.

I loved the staff the were so amazing and sweet. They were polite, welcoming, and tended to our needs. I forgot this one particular lady name she was there when I checked in Friday night and also there Saturday evening/night by herself Saturday 6/15 She deserves a lot she was wonderful a great smile, great customer service and we held a great conversation while I was checking in. I did let her know that know that she has wonderful customer service. Also the house keeper that came around to my door was amazing as well she was so sweet.Shout out to all the staff again that’s how it needs to be when you’re staying in any hotel. Keep up the great work.

The shower in the room could’ve been cleaned better but I bring things to clean, other than that everything was wonderful.

The hotel was just about 2 years old, it was modern and functional just what we prefer. Nothing to complain about in the room, of course can always be a bit bigger but everything else was just perfect. Nice social places to sit and hang out and drink your 24/7 coffee outside. The location was great because it was very safe still on the Mississippi side in Southaven and only 15min drive away from graceland. After having been to memphis I would not go closer to memphis as it is a pretty rough place. Breakfast had everything anyone would want, from oats to eggs and omelets, fresh fruits and so on. Thanks to Madeylin at the reception and miss Glenda from breakfast for taking good care of us. Very good value for a very good price! We would look no further when coming back another time.

Nothing comes to mind

We didn't have the breakfast. The cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I wanted to shout out a specific young lady, but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. They provided us with all of our requests. I love all of the Dove products that you all provide.

I didn't like the fact that there aren't any microwaves in the room. It's very inconvenient to go back downstairs to heat up the food. We also had issues with the remote control, but we didn't reach out to the staff. We just dealt with it.

Cleanliness!

The breakfast Take up time ! Do not do it early so the person who comes at 15 minutes before time is too late ! Then the person in charge hands out heated breakfast sandwiches to people that a guest would identify as an employee ,not good. Then the person says she has to clean the area by a certain time. Not my problem until I tried to eat!!

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and seemed brand new, and the beds were soft and comfortable. We had an accessible room with two queen beds, and it was spacious and quiet. The bath was easy for my disabled mother to use. The overall aesthetic of the the hotel is modern and minimalist, but it still felt warm and inviting. We arrived after dark and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. The lighting around the bathroom mirror is quite flattering!
