Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I felt like we were at a high quality restaurant. The bacon was crisp and hot and heaping. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and rich. The waffle machine was so much fun and made the best waffles I think I have ever had. The coffee was piping hot and great flavor. In addition, there was yogurt, cereal, fruit and beautiful baked blueberry muffins. The salsa, cheese, jalapenos and hot sauce were a hit with our older children. I have never had a full kitchen available. We are so grateful to you. We were able to make healthy meals with fresh ingredients. The full fridge was a blessing. You provide pots and pans, plates glasses, bowls and utensils, including flippers, plus a can opener. There was both caffeinated and decaf coffee provided in our room. I was beyond impressed with the generosity and thoughtfulness of your provisions for our family. I have never felt so at home. We thankfully did two loads of laundry in an open, clean, relaxed laundry room. What a joy. We grilled at your gorgeous, easy to use outdoor gas grills. We all swam happily in the pool. I was in awe that you provide full size soaps and shampoo/conditioner in great dispensers right there near the sink and in the shower The bedding was so soft and bright white. I felt like whoever planned out Staybridge truly cared about the families who were going to be here. The front of the hotel greets us beautifully from the outside and then we walk into to a cozy fireplace area. The plants are placed perfectly everywhere and bring joy.to look at them. There is so many nice places to eat or just sit. Having a business room available was really nice. Our daughters worked out everyday, too. I was so grateful they did not have to go find a fitness center somewhere else I do not feel like I am doing Staybridge justice.. Please let me say, it felt like being at home, but better in ways! I don't say that lightly either because I love our home. Your staff is INCREDIBLE!

Maybe just the floors being swept or vacuumed a little better, but they were still pretty great

Friendly staff, room was clean, free snack and beer or wine if you desired, near where I was working.

Only problem I had is my card is still pending the charge, but the charge is showing $100.00 more that the cost. Waiting to see if it was a security deposit or what. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, Perfect. Staf was extremely friendly.

I TRY TO STAY HERE WHEN I TRAVEL TO COLUMBUS FOR WORK. IT'S CONVENIENT AND A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE JOB SITE. BREAKFAST IS GOOD. LOVE THE ICE/FOUNTAIN SODA MACHINE.

THE A/C IS SPORADIC. SOME ROOMS I'VE STAYED IN THE A/C BARELY KEEPS THE ROOM A COMFORTABLE TEMP WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. AND THIS IS TURNING IT TO THE LOWEST TEMP. OTHER ROOMS IT WORKS GREAT. I'VE DECIDED TO BRING MY OWN FAN WITH ME NEXT TIME SINCE I NORMALLY HAVE TO STAY A WEEK EACH TIME.

Elevator in a strange place, lack of portico for loading/unloading, and lack of ice machine on each floor. Did I mention lack of ice machine on each floor?

Great location for Boot camp Graduation..only 25 mins from base. Theater across the street and Mexican restaurant beside the hotel was great. The breakfast bar was very good each morning. They had eggs, bacon, chicken strips, waffles and more. Bed was very comfortable and big fluffy pillows. We loved the big family area around the fire place to visit with our Graduate and family each day. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The bathroom smelled like mildew, the toilet leaked on to the floor and they body wash in the shower was empty all three days.

The rooms are big and the staff is very lovely, the washing machine are free of charge and that is great. The breakfast is decent but it can be more diverse. plenty of parking space and for free.

A bit far from the shopping centers and restaurants in Columbus. only one elevator is working all the time.

Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast lady has our heart - sorry we didn’t get a chance to say bye. For it to be included in the room rate, breakfast wasn’t bad and saved us some money. Room was big and quiet (4th floor), bed very comfortable, nice pillows (firm as well as soft ones). Decent sized TV. Kitchen comes with big fridge/freezer, stove, sink, dish washer and microwave. Bathroom was equipped with a blow dryer. AC and wifi worked great. Location is perfect - Arcades, IMax, restaurants and shopping right around the corner from the hotel, everything else (including airport) within a 5-10 minute drive. Free parking - always a spot available. Washer and dryer came in handy, too. Sweet little gazebo, fire pit and two big grills next to pool area.

Due to lack of personell rooms can not be cleaned during stay (we stayed for 10 days), also the pool was closed the entire time. Although staff is going out of their way to still provide some type of service by picking up dirty towels and leaving fresh ones in front of your room or handing out tissue at the front desk, the room rates remained the same. No smart TV. Closet door uninstalled - would’ve been nice not to look at suitcases and clothes during stay but room was still very comfortable.

Centrally located with a very friendly staff. And for the first time in I can't tell you how many hotel stays since COVID they actually did housekeeping, tidying up the room and restocking towels and such.

Bed was a touch stiff for my liking but that's just me being a bit picky.

I am a clean freak and never know what to expect. Staybridge Suites exceeded my expectations! This is a very nice area of town with lots of places to eat and shop. We felt very safe and comfortable. The staff was so friendly. This was a highlight of our trip.

The room had bedbugs and cockroaches. That makes it difficult to call the room, clean and comfortable.
