The professionalism of the staff at the front desk was top notch. I arrived late from a flight and was worried about being able to get to my room, but the I was welcomed with total kindness. Everyone I encountered were more than cordial. Another huge plus is the proximity to the MARTA station, which makes the rest of the Atlanta metropolitan region more accessible.

While my hotel experience met my standards, the only thing to note is that the neighborhood requires you to be vigilant. While nothing happened, there are a lot of people hanging around at all hours. That with the proximity to the airport makes it a big factor in consieration.

The policy regarding the number of breakfast per guest room. I made reservations and there was no disclaimer regarding only 2 breakfasts per day per room. I provided the booking with the number of guest in my room of three.(2 adults, 1 child age 16). This policy should be changed. Would you have guest over to your home and tell half the guest we cant feed you, You have to pay for your meal? Dont say breakfast is included but not for each guest in your party! For this reason, I probably wont book again with Indigo Hotel.

We decided to stay over in Atlanta after a long flight back from Malaysia, It was a wonderful, comfortable and nice room. The beds were nice.

If you are looking for an wheel chair accessible room, this is not quite it. Firstly, it is on the 2nd floor - well, in case of fire you cannot take the elevator... The room was listed with a roll in shower. While it had a true shower and not a bathtub/shower combo, there was a 3 inch high stoop - that's not a roll in shower! The door opened to the inside of the shower, covered up half the shower head and kept the door from closing. The door should open to the outside for safety reasons. There is plenty of space in the room to get around with a wheel chair, however, there is no space under the bed, in case you need a lift. There are not enough grab bars around the toilet.

I’ve got the property was very good great location excellent bar and restaurant. Staff was very nice. The Internet was horrible. The Internet and the service for cell phone was horrible but everything else was wonderful.

I didn’t like the Internet connection. The Internet service was was very horrible. It was even with the username password. It was horrible. I wish the Internet could’ve approved. Other than that. Everything was great.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport. Every 30 minutes there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport free of charge

The shuttle bus gets you only to the domestic flight terminal. I was traveling to Europe so I had to get another bus to get to the international flights Terminal. During checking in, my credit card was charged an extra amount of 150 US$ as a guarantee, although I had already paid for my room. I found it totally unacceptable. I was told that this amount would be returned after my departure. I left the hotel on Monday, May 22nd, and till now May 27th, 2023 it is not returned.

The staff were all excellent and extremely warm and friendly! Upon check in, our room was upgraded to a very big room. We stayed for 6 nights and it made us feel at home during our trip. Being so close to College Park Station and the airport were very big factors when we planned our trip.

The only issue we had was some of our plugs in our room were a little loose, but still worked for the most part.

Greeted with an additional $200 ($150 incidentals plus $50 for parking). The money was taken right away but refund is 7-10 days!!! I booked thru Booking.com where I requested and paid for a room with two Queen beds. The desk clerk said that he couldn’t promise one was available and recommended contacting hotel directly to ensure we get what we want next visit. fortunately we got two beds but his attitude was a little snarky. lack of USB technology (had to use plugs for recharging). Bathroom shower trim was loose and the shower door didn’t close properly which caused floor to get wet. Breakfasts was lackluster, ended up eating out. didn’t like community microwave in the ice room.

The breakfast was amazing, but make sure you choose the option to include it when you book your room as it’s not included for all room categories. You have to have a voucher to be able to indulge and there is someone there to make sure you have it! The location was in old College Park which was nice because it was in walking distance to other places for food and entertainment.

Everything, the location was so convenient to everything. Damian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and Kami at the restaurant was so helpful so pleasant and such a beautiful spirit I’m so grateful for such a great experience. also the cook did a fantastic job I don’t know his name but those teriyaki wings and cheesecake were absolutely amazing

I have no complaints
