Our room was clean and we were able to check-in early. Our flight out of Buffalo was canceled so we chose this hotel as it is near the airport. It was a no frills hotel. Complimentary breakfast was provided but we left early in the morning so all we had time for was coffee. There was a large booklet in the lobby with detailed information about area restaurants including menus and this was quite helpful.

Our bed was a bit unstable. When we first sat in it there was a loud noise and some movement of the foundation. We worried about being uncomfortable and trouble sleeping that night but to our surprise we slept very well.

everything about the hotel especially the front desk clerk Gavino he was absolutleyl great very informative and very attentive to our every request and needs. and the Shuttle drivers.wers on time and very courteous. kudos all around to the staff at yiour hotel, we will definately be back !!!!

nothing keep up the good work

The bed and pillows were my favorite. Room was a decent size for one person. Loves that there was breakfast

Some minor updates may be needed. The shower door kept opening a bit, the floor seems to need minor repairs, I have no idea what was happening with the window.

Cleanliness, The location, price, and the gal that checked me in was very friendly and professional.

The carpets were duct taped to the floor? The male employee was not engaged with guests. Rather he was engaged more with tasks and his phone No coffee in lobby Bed was not comfortable. Mattress was hard Staff was not helpful with guests who were trapped in parking lot due to weather. He offered no assistance and the plow that was hired did a lousy job. I actually shoveled myself and another guest out. Watched others do the same. One guest couldn't start his vehicle and had to call a tow truck. More shovels, more ice melt, a jump starter Cmon it's WNY be helpful & prepared I would not stay here again unless like in this instance I absolutely had to.

We checked out early so didn't got a chance to try breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable! Satisfied.

There was no shampoo in the shower, bottle was empty. Only bodywsh and conditioner was there which was disappointing. There should be travel size toothbrush and paste provided too....just a suggestion.

Excellent! The variety of foods they had was excellent and hot. The fact you can get coffee anytime. Excellent location to everything. Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to get to the hotel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay, everything was fantastic. I am not sure what more you want from me as I didn't have anything negative to say.

Hotel was under renovation but contractors were courteous and cleaned up when not working. The first desk clerk was polite but the one in the morning was really nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and held doors for us since our hands were full.

The rooms were mostly clean but the furniture was a little roughed uo in places and there were handprints on the headboards.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

I stayed twice in this hotel and in two different rooms and the bathrooms the wallpaper was peeling and you can see clearly that it had mildew and in the first room I stayed the ceiling and the wall paper had more mildew didn’t feel safe about it so took a shower with the door open. Luckily is just for one night stay.

Well designed, clean and comfortable room. Unlike most hotels that have carpets which are mostly stained and unhygienic, this room has a beautiful wooden flooring. The staff was very cooperative. The room rate was competitive as compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

The TV remote was hard to use. Needs to be replaced

It was a nice moment and comfortable stay, The front desk staff is friendly with cooperative and the shuttle service was on time , after all financially it is viable in all aspects, Thank you "La Quinta Inn"
