We were very impressed with our stay at The Binsted Inn. We were later arriving than expected but Megan took the trouble to phone and check we were on our way. When we arrived she was very friendly and showed us to our room. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable with a very good shower. Excellent breakfast set us up nicely for the rest of our day. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Would have liked an extra pillow. Could hear noise from what sounded like a hand drier downstairs but this stopped soon after 11pm when the pub closed. Toast was a bit odd at breakfast but otherwise very tasty food. Would have liked cereal - only (gluten free) rice krispies on offer.

The Binsted Inn is a Tardis. The rooms are set above a pub in a picturesque country lane. Our room was modern, spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The checkin staff stayed on the phone to guide us to the property as we arrived late evening. There was a good selection of Breakfast, which was made to order. My avocado and scramble eggs arrived on a huge platter. It was certainly value for money. We would definitely stay at the Binsted Inn again. Also there was free onside parking.

The property was fabulous. Nicely fitted out, high quality bedroom and bathroom fitting, bedding and towels. It was perfect. Laurie was an amazing host from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. His drink suggestions were spot on. Service amazing. He even came in early to cook breakfast for us as we had an early start. One the best pubs we have ever stayed in and very good value too.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were exceptional with their hospitality. We came for a wake so our whole stay we were present in the pub or our beautiful room which was easilyaccessiblethroughthepub or an alternative outside door. Decent shower, comfortable bed, we turned the heating off ourselves as was definitely cosy and warm enough.

Breakfast was not included in our booking so didn't get to experience this nor can provide a comment.

So pleased we found this little gem! On arrival we had a lovely welcome from Megan - we stayed in The Cedar room and it was gorgeous - modern, super clean and very comfortable. We had a drink in the bar, which has a lovely feel to it - comfy seating and lovely decor - and we ate in the bar that evening too. Great service from Harry! Dinner was lovely, and breakfast the following morning didn’t disappoint either! Great to see lots of locally sourced food & drink being used. We’ve already recommended to others an we’ll definitely come back. Thanks to all the team for a fab stay.

Nothing to dislike!

The location was great for the area we wanted to travel to. The pub facilities were great. The rooms were lovely. Great size bed (although a little to hard for me) Bathroom lovely and tea station good.

Everything was great apart from the food. This was really disappointing. Pizza was slightly burnt, greasy and base thin - felt shop bought rather than home made. Steak was not cooked correctly and fatty.

Staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean, the menu is not huge, but has a good range of choices, the wine list is interesting and good, and even on a popular night the bar noise does not travel into the bedrooms.

The bathroom plumbing would benefit from some attention and although Luke had very kindly offered to cook us an early breakfast rather than leaving a continental breakfast outside the room, the timing did put us under a bit of pressure. (We know from past experience that the breakfast left outside the room is excellent, so would opt for this next time.)

First-class room, well equipped and very nicely decorated / furnished. Also spotlessly clean, and a very comfortable bed. The pub / restaurant has been very tastefully decorated and service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast very good too.

Nothing not to like, however some very minor additions would make it perfect - tea/coffee facilities in the room are ok, however others have upped their game in this respect. A cafetière and ground coffee in the room would be a good addition, and also fresh milk. There was a biscuit jar but none provided.

Situated slightly off the beaten track, on this occasion unexpected water repairs led to road closure resulting in a detour. Sadly, I was not able to sample the delights of breakfast , due to it being served from 9.00 am , and me having meetings from that time in Tilford. They do offer a breakfast bag, but I opted against this.

Apart from not being able to take breakfast at the Binstead Inn, everything else was at or above what could reasonably be expected. Thank you very much, see you again .

Arrived tired, with a 'just collected' rescue pup. We made to feel instantly welcome, the overflow parking was a wonderful dog walking area, the dog treats on the bar demonstrated that pets were not so much 'allowed' as 'welcomed'. Just he best experience
