Americans first time in Norway. From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were captivated. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, boasting breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. Every detail, from the impeccably clean linens to the thoughtfully curated decor, spoke of refined elegance. Beyond the room, the hotel offered a wealth of experiences, from the delectable cuisine at the upscale restaurant. It truly felt like a pampered escape from reality.

Great hotel! The beds were comfortable and the restrooms were spacious. But the best aspect of this hotel was the breakfast, it was truly an experience that you shouldn't miss. Meats, grains, fruits, fresh juice and much more. Apart from the great breakfast, there is practically an observation deck being on that top floor of the surroundings. The elevator is quick and the staff was very friendly too. Location is great if you have a vehicle of your own and you are going to explore different parts of the city.

The parking is off grounds (not expensive for a night between 10-15usd). The rooms can feel a bit crowded depending on luggage size and with the sofa bed pulled out.

Very nice hotel, good value for money, I would gladly stay there again during my stay in Stavanger! 🤍 Very friendly and helpful staff, but most of all worth mentioning - excellent and delicious breakfasts! A huge selection of various products, and all this in the hotel restaurant on the 21st floor, from which there is a beautiful view of the area. The hotel is very well connected, there is a perfectly functioning bus stop nearby, from which you can get to the city center, as well as to the beach, airport or even Preikestolen! I recommend it with all my heart!

I don't think I can remember such things, although... it can't be considered a big disadvantage, but sometimes we had to wait a very long time for the elevator, I think it could work much more efficiently, because sometimes people started to get impatient (or at least my traveling companions)

The quiet location. Not in the city center, but easily reachable by bus. Staff were attentive, helpful and efficient. Breakfast in the hotel is to die for, both because of the quality and quantity of food, as well as the gorgeous views (on the 21st floor). Convenient public parking nearby (at a fee). We definitely recommend it and would stay again.

We booked a triple room and were slightly crammed, but it was ideal for one night. Bear in mind that the third person sleeps on a sofa bed.

Excellent gym facilities and great breakfast at top floor with super views.

First room had broken radiator which was on full heat, but got room changed immediately. Just hazzle as we had unpacked. Noice from the neigbouring ‘conference centre’ late evening. Had to iron shirts and only one ironing board available for the entire hotel, situated between ladies and gents loos in the basement. Experience of workers going to loo next to me ironing to get ready for a celebration wasnt great.

Hotel in a high rise building in an expo center. Room was quiet due to no event in the expo center. Breakfast on the 21st floor with beautiful view of the old town in the distance and also the lake. Breakfast variety was amazing. Room is small bed is soft but comfortable- typical of Norwegian hotels.

Location is too far from city center, close to nothing. You will need a car to go anywhere. Parking in public garage with a fee.

The view is fantastic from this hotel. This is one of the highest buildings in the Stavanger area. I have been asked if I fear heights because they have booked me already in a room on the 18th floor. Of course I wanted that! Beautiful view and a comfortable, cozy room! Breakfast is another highlight, a great choice and, of course, with the view from 21st floor where the restaurant is located.

No praking at the hotel, only in the parking lot nearby. Hotel was full with a convention, so breakfast places were limited at certain hours and you needed to get a ticket from reception, which worked out ok. Restaurant on the top floor makes it a bit inconvenient when many people want to go for breakfast at the same time, as there were only 2 elevators.

The location is more or less good, a few kilometers from the old town. Room had large windows, so the view was nice. The breakfast was very nice and there was something for everybody, the breakfast was served on the 21th floor which had a great view over the city. Nice service in front desk. The hotel didn't have it's own parking but parking was possible about 200m from the hotel. It was for free.

During night it was quite rainy and the noise of the rain was noticeable and woke me up multiple times, I guess some people might enjoy that but to me it was a bit disturbing. The hotel has renovation works going on and there are some construction stuff visible outside the hotel, but it didn't disturb our stay in the means that there wasn't any noise and no works were done on the floor we stayed on. I guess there might be more activity during daytime.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile when dealing with me. Ample facilities for a decent stay. The breakfast was good, fresh local cheese produce and muesli etc

Expo tent and roadworks outside made it difficult to get to the entrance but it was manageable. Nothing that the hotel was responsible for
