Amazing vila in Oia neighborhood, close to the windmills and facing the sunset. Big acomodariam for 5 persons, with very comfy bed, complete kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with a perfect view and gorgeous “cave pool”, which is heated. George takes care of everything himself and brought us our breakfast in the morning. They also kept our luggage after checkout. I definetely recommend.

We loved all! The bad part was to leave. (Maybe earlier breakfast could be nice, but the Island ran out of electricity by the morning so we understand.)

I can list tons of good things of the property: - the sunset view, is privileged, you will see the sunset from a unique point of view - the accommodation is stunning, all clean and comfortable - nice technology with the lights and windows - jacuzzi 10/10, with regulable temp - breakfast is crazy good (see the pictures) But the best thing of the property, is its manager, George, he contacted us in advance to organize our trip helping us to reserve transfer from the port and to airport on our way back. We made local recommendations and offered us to book some activities. If you are coming, let George organize your trip, he will make the stay even better.

We didn’t like that we have to leave, the property is amazing

We stayed at Helios Villa. The view from its terrace was magnificent. You don’t have to book a table at restaurant to see the world’s most beautiful sunset. You just need to be at the villa at sunset time. You can also enjoy the view from its private pool which we like the most. George, the owner of this villa is always helpful and offered me great services. In Santorini, it’s not easy to find a public taxi. You just need to call George and he will arrange a transfer in 5-10minutes.

However, you need you understand that it’s located at the edge of Oia, which means you need to go up and down stairs for 5-10minutes to blue domes where most of shops/restaurants are located. We had little kids but we had to leave our buggy at the villa owing to a lot of stairs. Our kids got tired every time we went for lunch/dinner.

It was a dreamy and surreal experience at Hyperion Oia. The suite had the best sunset view in oia. George is the best butler we have experienced on a trip. He is a fantastic host and a great person. Please book your experiences through him as he got us unbelievable discounts compared to other providers. The villa was spotless clean and an exceptional breakfast with the Aegean sea and Caldera in view.

Our stay was simply unforgettable! The views were absolutely breathtaking—every moment felt like a dream. Breakfast each morning was a true delight, fresh and delicious, setting the perfect tone for the day. A special thank you to George, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Probably the best cave pool in Santorini. Amazing view and a good privacy (what is rare when you are in the middle of Oia). The house is also big, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms and great leavingrooms. For those who seeks a great place to rest, with amazing view and the classic Santorini scenery (white cave house) with out give up privacy, I belive that's the right place.

There was no issues in my stay related to the facility. Just be aware of the existence of many steps - you are in Santorini, they are everywhere. However the property helps with luggage and everything to make it easier.

Our first time in Santorini and the place was amazing!! Fantastic sunset views sitting in your private jacuzzi. Suite is situated very close to another major Oia landmark - the windmills (also visible clearly from your balcony!). To top it all, George took care of us from the moment we landed in Santorini until we left. Super responsive and very accomodating with every request we made during our stay. George had great recommendations for activities and restaurants as well which made this such a memorable experience!!

Every thing about the property were great. Very special thanks to George who made our stay so comfortable, George helped us ordering food, knowing the area and the best time to visit the attractions. He made sure that my special need child feel really comfortable and safe in the suite. He served the breakfast as our convenient time in the morning. Very easy communication with him.I will love to go back there again The sunset view was great.

George the manager was AMAZING this was our favorite stay throughout our entire Greece vacation it was so clean, the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The breakfast that was brought every morning was so yummy the view and sunset were absolutely stunning but above all else the customer service was unparalleled. The stay was spectacular! George is an incredible host. He was very attentive to our needs and our worries. The view beautiful; the living space was very spacious and clean; the beds were extremely comfortable; and breakfast was delicious. The pool, what can I say, perfect. George is extremely punctual and diligent.
