Great shower and great bed with great pillows and clean sheets. Monica at the front desk was amazing and responsive. The hot breakfast was incredible.

I had an issue with my key and it had to be remade at least 3 times. The body wash and shampoo pumps in the shower did not work. The shower curtain rod was mounted with the ends higher so the wonderful shower curtain would slide down to the middle. The entry door to room was very heavy and was hard to open and close as was the gate to the pool.

This property was right off the interstate and surrounded with bars and restaurants within a 10 minute radius. Super convenient location! The staff were super friendly, the complimentary breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean. By far the best place we have stayed in our American travels so far that is budget friendly!

Good location close to the highway. Good accessible room for my mobility challenged mom. Nice little grassy area for my dog. Room was quiet and mostly clean.

Shower curtain smelled like mold. The box springs were off their bases, so big metal brackets were sticking out to knock your shins on. At checkout time, housekeeping throws all the dirty linens from all the rooms into the hallway, along with their big carts and vacuums with cords trailing. Not easy to navigate for someone who has trouble walking, and not very appealing or sanitary.

I stay here several times per year, and enjoy a comfortable stay at a good price. The beds are comfortable and the A/C & heating keeps things cozy. Breakfast has sufficient choices. The staff does a good job at keeping all the items refreshed throughout the breakfast hours. Pastry, bagel, and bread choices were tasty. There are always at least 2 hot items as well, besides the pancake machine.

This particular visit, my room was fine except that neither the deadbolt lock nor the other "swing over" lock worked-- both were broken. I brought this to the attention of the front desk person who apologized and said they would report it to maintenance (they seemed to already know this was a problem), but it was not repaired during my stay, nor did the staff offer to move me to a different room. So while I could close the door, there was no way to secure it. Before sleeping, we barricaded the door with furniture to block the entrance of a possible intruder.

Clean and comfortable room and probably they’ve had the best breakfast bacon I’ve had in a long time. A big shout out to the lady serving the breakfast - despite of the crowds she remained friendly and helpful to everyone!

Tv wasn’t working properly - contacted front desk and the gentleman there wasn’t very helpful - “it should work, don’t know what else to tell you” … The breakfast area was really small - people were walking away with their plates to eat in their rooms. There was a young boy in the morning ’looking after reception’ constantly on his phone - a bit of a sad contrast to this lady, on her own, running around to ensure that everyone can have a breakfast.

Good Value. The manager Brad was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast. Room was clean. All in all I was very pleased. You can't beat GreenTree for value, quality lodging at a favorable price point.

The room is a good size and clean. I like the fact that breakfast is included, such a nice touch!

The staff was kind of rude but also helpful so that was strange. They also don't offer any service to your room if you're staying less than 3 nights which they make a point of telling you so at least you're aware. That is nice. It is a little off putting but I can imagine they get a lot of people complaining so they have to be upfront about it. They gave me some attitude at times but were also helpful while giving the attitude so it's hard to complain. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I have actually stayed here multiple times.

The room was very clean. I read reviews that said that there was no elevator but there was. The woman at the front desk was so nice and we had a great conversation. There was a very nice area around 5 minutes away by car that had a ton of different stores and restaurants.

The area seemed safe but there is a hotel which is vacant next door that might deter people. The room was very clean but it did have some wear and tear. It is an older hotel very close to the highway. What other people may not realize is that if it were nicer and more up to date then it would be more expensive.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was more than adequate, although scrambled eggs tasted like from powdered mix. Fresh fruit a bonus! Staff was great and even though the facility is right off the freeway, it was not noisy. The swimming pool looked nice and clean, although I didn't have a chance to use it, people were having fun.

The handle and lock mechanism on our door didn't work unless you ensured it was closed all the way, it was very loose and felt like it could fall apart.. Deadbolt worked or I would have asked for another room. It appears that new ownership is trying to update an older facility. There are nice touches and there are things yet to be addressed. For the price, very satisfied.

Clean room, comfy bed, quiet refrigerator and heater, full black-out window shade, no chemical smell in room, no Fabuloso smell in reception/ dining area. Nice shower w clean cloth curtain, room was great, staff also very polite and helpful. Check in was 2 mins. Lovely Christmas decorations at front desk and dining area. Will definitely return.

I think the hotel needs better signage from highway...I was looking for the name and had trouble finding it in the dark, but gps got me there.
