Nice hotel with huge rooms, located directly at the river. Lovely view on the river and the big red windmill on the opposite hill. Little welcome table with fresh water and some sweets in the lobby. Live music in the evening. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Close to a lot of great restaurants. Almost everything is close by and can be reached easily by foot.

The curtains are not the best because the room is still flooded by lights during the night - not from the street lamps but from the bright sky when it's not getting dark at all.

Everyone in the staff was wonderful, really helpful and friendly! The room was large and clean with nice views. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The location was also very good with everything within walking distance.

The worst thing was the strong smell of mildew in the bathroom. Then there small irritating things like a broken window stop and a make-up mirror mounted way to high up and slightly broken. The whole building was probably nice looking in the early 1970s but now it's really ugly and worn down.

We stayed at the Marina Palace because my son had to undergo surgery in Turku. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more understanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room, besides being aesthetically pleasing, boasted every conceivable comfort. The hotel is in a lovely area and is also very central. I really look forward to returning to this hotel someday. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff, for a memorable experience. ❤️

Wonderfull hotel. The staff is so friendly and will go the extra mile to make life for the guest that much nicer. I arrived for 1 night before leaving for a weekend and the returning. It was no problem to leave 1 suitcase (that I did not need) with them. The card for the public transport is a nice gesture as well. Loved the 'guard dog' (pluche) that was sitting behind the front desk!

Excellent sauna in the suite. The bed was very big and comfy. The bathroom was spacious. I really enjoyed the view from the room. The breakfast buffet was great.

The television had motion smoothing on. That should be turned off. The light switches were also slightly confusing. At one point, my partner kept turning off the bathroom light while I was in there because he couldn't figure out which switch was which.

We loved the location, the view, and the restaurant where we had my birthday dinner. Our waitress was superb and made us feel very welcome. A pretty good variety for breakfast. We had a bathtub and a shower stall in our bathroom - which was very convenient and relaxing. The little gifts for the children were a really nice touch.

The extra bed for my child was not very comfortable and the bathroom tiles and the toilet bowl were a bit worn out.

The location of this property is perfect, right on the river and close to all sorts of great restaurants. It also had a really nice summer terrace where we spent time having drinks and relaxing. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with an omelette station, tons of hot and cold choices and very helpful attendants. Everybody that we interacted with was super kind. We definitely plan to return in the future. It was a nice getaway for us.

Location near the river was very nice. I appreciated river view with direct sun in the morning. I really liked the hot floor in the bathroom!

Some decoration in the corridor were missing. I could completely stop the air conditioner. Parking entrance was a bit tight.

This is my favourite hotel in Finland. The location is perfect. The breakfast spread was gorgeous. Competent staff in both reception and restaurants.

Nothing, though, worth mentioning that due to construction, most trains to Turku at the moment go to Kupitaa, and not to the Central station, which is closer to Radisson.

Good breakfast. Good location with bus stops in front of the hotel. You could pay with credit card in the bus. Room had a safe that was big enough for my laptop. Wifi was quite fast. It was a hot day, about 30 C outside, but the air condition worked well in the room.

The slope of the bathroom floor was not correct causing water from the shower to spread widely outside the shower cabinet.
