Central location.

The rating is rather high, I was in some other hotels in Sibiu with 4 star, same rating, but much higher services, better breakfast.

It was clean, the bed is 10 +, and the underground parking. The staff was nice and very helpfull

The breakfast was like in a 3 stars hotel. Realy must improve the breakfast ( quality and diversity)

The hotel is next to the bus station, which takes 10 minutes to the city center. It looks nice because it's new. The rooms are spacious. There are two parking spots outside and around 6 in the underground. The staff is friendly.

It is hard to get in and out of the underground parking since the alley is very narrow. You can choose fried eggs or scrambled eggs with cheeses, ham, sausage, jam, and butter for breakfast, which is very limited, in my opinion. For drinking at breakfast, you only have water, Granini juice, and coffee. The bed and table sheets had some yellow/black dirt spots.

The bathroom was really nice. We had a smart TV and double bed like expected.

The cover sheet was for 1 person (we could've ask for a bigger one)...The place has a picture with a sauna but they don't specify to have access to that you must pay double the price and the room is already expensive for a small town (In Sinaia we paid with almost 150 Ron less per night and we had spa included in a very nice hotel....). My fiancée had an accident and she was hurt (we really needed to see a doctor), because of that we asked to cancel 1 night, they weren't flexible at all.

- Great value - Modern - Close to the bus station - Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, empty freezer that you can use for storage

- The underground parking is small, leaving very little room for maneuvering. It may take quite a while to enter/exit, especially in the weekend when it’s busiest - Due to it’s location on a rather busy boulevard, it is noisy at night

My room was just lovely. Very spacious, with tasteful and modern furniture, very clean, with a large, spotless and beautiful bathroom. I slept really well in the comfortable bed and woke up completely refreshed. No noises from outside, major bonus for me, being a light sleeper. The breakfast was quite varied, everything fresh and tasty. Good coffee, juices and water at discretion. The view from the balcony was very nice, especially at sunset. Very nice welcoming and goodbyes from the owner and very polite and helpful staff. Really dedicated and was a pleasure meeting everyone. For sure I will select the Anastasia hotel in my future trips.

Best decision to select the hotel because is situated in a quiet area, without noises and in spite of our late arrival the receptionist was very friendly. We booked a double room with the king size bed, very clean, very comfortable the bed. The hotel is very near to an fast food location which is non-stop so if you need something to eat very fast you have this option also. You may park your car underground, the hotel can offer you also this option and you can access your floor room transporting easily your languages with the elevator direct from the parking. For sure we will select the Anastasia hotel in our future trips.

the staff is very ok and helpful all the time (including employees and manager). initial cleaning when we received the room. all room furniture and design is very new, well selected and in very good condition. very comfortable room. room temperature was good for winter time. good view from the big windows of the room. from the room point of view clearly recommend the facility.

minor situation which clearly was not the fault of the management or employees (but other guests) - reception announced - had a very fast reaction and very helpful to find a solution - so this goes positive

one of the best places in Sibiu that I have been and I have visited loads of hotels in Romania I definitely recommend this place room was impeccable and the staff was very friendly I will definitely come back! thank you Anastasia hotel

comfortable room, sufficient space, balcony and a nice view very clean, comfortable bed, very soft and thick towels, all amenities parking space in the basement garage a very big plus for us we left very early in the morning and did not get the chance to sample the breakfast very nice welcoming from the owner - one can tell he is heavily invested in creating the best experience for his guests
