Breakfast hot and cold good choice staff were extremely helpful Daniela including trainees Biel and Oscar also a young girl from Georgia who’s name I cannot remember these are a credit to the hotel who go that extra mile to help which is how it should be so great credit to the staff

Room a little on the small size especially the bathroom also no tea and coffee in the room but in the hotels defence they will make you tea and coffee all day 24 /7 free of charge available from next to reception

I stayed for 6 nights and was very pleased. + The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. Gabor and Maria, in particular, were patient and helpful in every situation, including car rental. + Breakfast: It was quite adequate; I'm glad I chose bed and breakfast. + Room: The suite was spacious and very clean. It was quiet. It overlooked the city. I was allowed in a little earlier than the normal check-in time. -+ Some items, such as a toothbrush and slippers, were missing. I mentioned them to the front desk, and they were provided immediately. + Location: The Yppengasse tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The tram takes 10 minutes to Schottentor. If you prefer, you can walk to the center in 30-40 minutes. + View: It was bright and had a city view, with a clear view.

Improvement Areas: - I love coffee. Housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee capsules daily. However, when they ran out, I immediately contacted the front desk and they provided more. - Directions from the airport to the hotel can be improved by adding directions to be more understandable. Tip: Using the S7 is much cheaper than using the express CAT, but CAT is certainly faster and more comfortable.

1. The location is very good! The hotel is also a few minutes away from the train and trams. Even if this hotel is far from the airport and city, I get home easily (Around 17mins) and safely because of the train. 2. The hotel has a grocery beside it. You can easily buy things you need. 3. The breakfast is also great with lots of choices. If you're not a big eater, best to just get breakfast in cafes around the hotel or buy in the grocery store. It saves you money and lets you pick food that you like. 4. I also think that the hotel is very clean. 5. They give free lemon water and fruits in the lobby area.

I didn't like that the room didn't have any water kettle, glasses/mugs and utensils. I think the hotel should consider adding these features as sometimes, I just want to drink hot tea in the room.

Our room was very clean. The water pressure & temperature in the shower were perfect. Reception was very kind & let us stow our bags for free after checkout so that we could go get lunch. Super close public transit options; the tram dropped us right in front of the hotel when we arrived. The AC worked almost too well, it got chilly fast!

I wish the room had a coffee machine. Also, we would have opted for breakfast if it were a bit cheaper.

We got the studio apartment which was very big, spacious. The queen size bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit hard for us. However the pull out couch was rather uncomfortable. Keep in mind that there is no door dividing de two spaces of the apartment.. something to take into consideration if traveling with other family members or a baby (as we were). The hotel is very close to the metro station and tram stations. Close by there's a street with middle eastern fast food which was delicious, but also a few restaurants. Breakfast was good, enough to choose from even for little kids. The staff speaks English, Spanish, German from what I heard, and some other staff even Romanian :)

The bathroom has a glazed door which is almost see through. You can hear everything. The bathroom is really narrow and doesn't have a window. There is no door dividing the spaces. There is no restaurant inside the hotel other than the breakfast area. It took a very long time for the check in. We arrived about 10-15 min earlier but waited for more than 40min. Keep in mind we were traveling with a baby and a toddler. I honestly find it very expensive for what it offers.

Everything is in the best order. Very satisfied.

We booked in this hotel for a three-day tour (2 persons) in Vienna, at the late of November 2024. Our budget for this tour was rather small, so we did not have high expectations. However, our stay was way more pleasant than we could had ever imagined. This hotel was absolutely worthy for its money, the double room was pretty confortamble and sophisticated, with a nice view on the bottom street. The breakfast was served on a big buffet, in the entrance's floor. The service was just excellent. Although, it is not in the best neighborhood, it's very close to the center, via tram and the area is absolutely safe to walk it. We surely recommend this hotel, especially to Greeks, who are looking for a pleasant and low budget option in Vienna.

Everything was clean and tidy. Room is quite small,but comfortable and has all you need. Staff was very friendly and polite. Because it is Christmas season and plenty of Christmassy stuff to do in the city,the prices of all hotels were 3x higher than usual,so I wouldn't quite say that the price during December matches the accomodation, but I do understand it. Bathroom was very good- spacious and very clean.

Breakfast was good but not a very large selection. Still the available food was good. Bathroom doors are matte glass and without any lock and sound isolation. Not a great option for romantic getaway if you want to keep the mistery alive.

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was good, had diy waffles which my young daughter loved, orange infused water at reception very handy. Wifi was exceptional. Very clean. Also, triple room had a bath so daughter could use bath bombs. Mattress was comfy, im 6 foot plus and 100kg.

Gym was very basic but thankfully empty of other guests. Not obvious at all that swimming pool isnt available till June. Bathroom not spacious, required manoeuvring.. Shower riser was broke, had to raise it manually to wash my head. Sink design would mean water would run off onto the floor often. Netflix app doesn't work on any TV for some reason even though it's connected to WiFi, and TV didnt allow casting either so was useless.

We travel to Vienna several times a year from Budapest. Since we discovered Exe Vienna we always book a room there. The premises of the hotel are very clean and well-equipped. The personnel is extremly friendly and helpful. Important to note that you can have a good sleep due to the comfy beds and to the high-quality windows which isolate the outside noise (which is not to much either). The breakfast offers a wide range of options. Exe is highly recommended if you do not insist to be accomodated in the center, however, it is well connected with the donwtown of Vienna.
