It was clean and quiet. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I learned from mentioning that I have worked Front Desk & Front Office Manager postions for the last 20 years & when I worked at a Super 8, I worked two 10-hour graveyards, one 8-hour evening, and two 8-hour morning shifts weekly. She had mentioned she was at the end of a 12 hour day. Her professionalism and level of customer service, one would have never guessed she had been there that long. Kuddos to her! Thank you!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

For some reason the bathroom floor was soaking wet when I returned from the wedding I had gone out to. I have no idea where all the water had come from. It wasn't really a big deal; I reported it to the front desk and was given extra towels to mop it up with & assured I wouldn't be held responsible. I don't like the fact that a deposit larger than what I paid for the room has been held pending for almost a month now. I have been told this will be refunded to me after 30 days, but why is it necessary?

Swimming pool was great for my toddlers and hot tub, front desk very helpful, I like that we were on first floor so easy in and out the little girls loved bath tub, very relaxing. Also close to Walmart, McDonald's, subway.

The breakfast was simple, no yogurt or milk or dry cereal, I did have breakfast food in room, and I knew ahead of time, what was going on so I had extra.

We are staying here for the third year in a row, good price, friendly staff, thanks for the clean room and cleaning, the room has everything you need, my child really likes swimming in the pool, and this year you have a pancake machine which is very pleasing, and also thanks for the coffee! We will come again)

They didn't supply breakfast - a few packaged snacks that were all gone when I went down at 8:30. They should not be able to advertise that they have breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The fridge was noisy and ran most of the night. It was fairly quiet. I felt it was good value for what we paid. I would stay again.

Breakfast. It was non-existent. They had no place to fill water bottles.

The staff was very friendly, informed, helpful

The ac kept shutting off was almost impossible to keep the room cool and the refrigerator and freezer wasn't working either I called three out of 4 nights asking for help with it they said they were busy and I'll mnn

Everything was great! Clean room on the top floor & a handicap room was so easy for me! Staff was very friendly & helpful. And for a Saturday night, it was extremely quiet! Plus it was close to diners, shopping & the Woodburn Dragstrip! Will stay here again for sure.

Maybe more options for the "breakfast", as there was bananas, granola bars, orange juice & coffee. They should probably change the breakfast to breakfast snack bar. But we always prefer a nice sit down breakfast.

Joe at the front desk was amazing! Excellent customer service, made sure we were comfortable and made us feel welcomed. Convenient location next to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The only thing we didn’t like was not the property itself but the housekeepers. My husband was getting coffee at the coffee bar when 2 housekeepers came over at the start of their shift and moved my husbands cup (put their actual fingers in the cup while moving it) while he was putting creamer in his coffee forcing him to move so they could make their tea and drinks……that was very off putting……

Always great customer service and cleanliness! Also the price and location . Always stay here when I go to Woodburn! I love that the hotel is quiet! No loud noises in the hotel or around it, especially since all the food and gas paces around it.

Location was great. We did not eat the breakfast so can't comment on it.

The only thing I can complain about is that the jets weren't working in the hot tub. Hopefully that got fixed. Other than that, everything was great 👍
