Everything was great for us. Okay, there was only one piece of sausage available when we got our breakfast. But just had to wait a few minutes for more! Also, I didn't realize but I had left a shirt in the closet. They called to let me know. I had the option to have it shipped to me but decided it wasn't worth the $20 shipping fee. ..

At breakfast, we sat next to a gentleman who had just had his car stolen at the front entrance as he went upstairs to get the rest of his things. He was calling his insurance company and the police were there to file a report. This is not an area that I would have expected this kind of thing to happen.

We had an appointment the next morning at the surgery center that was literally just next door, so the location was perfect for us. Our room was very large and comfortable. The friendliness of every member of the staff we encountered was a huge extra bonus. From the moment we entered the door, we were made to feel welcome. Cookies and milk at night was a nice touch, as was the availability of coffee around the clock.

There was not much we didn't like. I wish there had been more eating and maybe shopping options nearby.

I believe they recently renovated so everything was much nicer and much more updated than it had been when I visited last summer. The breakfast area seemed to be smaller so that made breakfast feel a bit cramped since we did go down shortly before a rush. The breakfast options were okay but everything was well-stocked and the eating space was clean. The room was clean and the furniture was comfortable as well.

Security, cleanliness and staff.

The water in the shower was cool (not COLD, but not warm or HOT either) the night we were there, and then the next morning, same thing. But we’re not the type of people to complain. Besides…. After sitting at a Cardinals game in 95 temps, we didn’t need hot water anyway lol! Also. I love that we cold set the temp in the room to 68! And it got to 68 (even though it was 95 outside)! Beds were COMFY!!

Breakfast offerings were generous and were sufficient for our needs. Server was very helpful and friendly, Easy to park nd eating area in off hours was great for getting our extended family together.

No soap gel in the shower and the toilet paper was really cheap. Desk clerk was argumentative about soap in the shower as my comment to her was not about the shampoo or the conditioner as she only wanted to call it gel...

Everything was good was good and the room was clean and very comfortable we had a good time. The people were very friendly and helpful maybe a suggestion to have a card with all of the cable stations that you have we were guessing

We liked everything about the hotel the only we think one thing needs to be updated are the pillows on the bed they were a little too soft but other than that everything was good we even enjoyed the cookies

The receptionist... Not sure how her day was .. but did not feel at any way welcomed. There were no other guests waiting or anything . She just seemed very upset at my check in and I just stayed away till the evening Other I think you guys should join the check out at 12p like the other Hamptons Other than that it was exceptional

Very clean, good area, convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The staff was pretty rude. Nobody greeted you, and often ignored you if you spoke to them. One day shift girl was kind and told us good morning. Everyone else lacked any sort of personality.

The king sized bed and whirlpool tub. Very comfortable and a spa-like experience. The half kitchen in the suite was SO helpful as well.

That every drain in the room was stopped up so it was hard to wash dishes and drain the bath tub after a shower or bubble bath.

Location and parking.

Although the rooms seemed to be updated the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs of the mattress. The breakfast quality could have been better too. Staff could have been friendlier too.
