The room was very inviting. The bed was comfortable, and we had sound sleep. Seaside Provisions had excellent food and service to match.
We did not like the faucets in the shower or sink. The water was either freezing cold or scaulding hot. It was extremely difficult to regulate the temperature. In addition, it was difficult to relax with the loud music from the skating rink below drowning out the serene atmosphere of our room. It did, however, finally quit by the time we turned in for the night.

The hotel is very well maintained in a very nice location in North Vancouver. It's just 10-15mins away from Central Vancouver with the seabus. It was easy to find by car and use the underground parking. There are lifts directly to the rooms from there. All the staff were very friendly and keen to help. The room size was good enough and the beds were comfy. There's a fridge with milk and water in the room and a coffee machine with very good quality coffee pods. The breakfast which was included in our price was excellent, probably the best we ever had. It's a la carte with a very good selection. The wifi was fast and we didn't encounter any problems. There are some nice restaurants and bars in the area including the hotel's one.We ll definitely come back when back in Vancouver.
Nothing.

Nice size boutique hotel and never had to wait for the elevator! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. During all four days, our room was made up while we were having breakfast. Nice to come back to a clean room! The manager was right on and quick to solve our room's wi-fi issue. The location was excellent right in the centre of Lonsdale Quay and the busy Christmas Market. We had a view of the skating rink and the harbour with Vancouver Downtown in the distance. Amazingly the sound from the skating rink was not heard in our room so room was very quiet. Provisions Restaurant had good food and a great Happy Hour. Really liked the Avocado toast and the Classic Benny for breakfast!
The wi-fi could be stronger. If I am being picky, we didn't like the bathroom sink tap design. Too finicky!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds and robes were cozy, great location by the pier, Cafe 21 was so so delicious! We requested a microwave and had one delivered to our room! That made it easy to warm our leftovers.
The bathroom door being barn doors don't close fully, creating a limit to privacy. The shower designed with no door kept the space too open sometimes making me cold and there wasnt a bathroom fan... And it was difficult to connect my hdmi plug, more so in the 2nd room. And the input button isn't automatically on the remote...had to ask hotel staff for assistance and go through functions. Having to pay for parking wasn't ideal.

Everything! Immaculate. 5 star housekeeping team. Tons of AC and USB outlets. Fantastic WiFi. Front desk team. Management. Bed was very comfortable. Illy Espresso machine. Robes/slippers. Walk in shower. Fridge. Location. Access to fine dining. Walkability. Location. Safety. Near SeaBus. 12 minutes to and from Canada Place and Port of Vancouver on SeaBus.
5 star property. What's not to like?

It was my first stay at the Seaside Hotel but it had been fantastic. The room was clean and quite comfortable; I appreciated the choice to not get the room cleaned every day so to be a little more eco friendly. The rooms had plenty of electric sockets and a good illumination to choose from. The staff was friendly and always available. The breakfast was a la carte and rather delicious. Great location. It is easily reachable from YVR airport with the Sky train first, then the Seabus and finally a pair of minutes on foot on the seafront. The view from the seafront is on the Vancouver Downtown skyline. There is also a neat choice of restaurants and cafes in less than 5 minutes on foot from the hotel's door.

I adore this place. I am dealing with a really really bad burn out from t a couple of huge years at work, i work in the film industry. I am on the brink of tears all the time and everyone here is so unbelievably kind. The housekeeping staff are some of the nicest and cutest ladies you will ever meet. Seeing them in the halls is so refreshing they are so happy and lovely. We were supposed to stay one night and ended up staying 3. I loved it.
Weirdly you have the bed facing away from the view so you wake up looking at the building next to it not the water

I drove up from Olympia Washington for a sola spa-liday. I arrived on Sunday and left on Tuesday. I self parked and could not even imagine dealing with that on a Friday, Saturday, during the summer, or with any events going on at the Shipyards. Being that I came on a Sunday I was able to find parking quickly right by the entrance to the elevators right below the hotel. This is akin to a mall parking lot; everybody parks down here to do different things in this area, so imagine having to deal with parking to get your hotel and everybody else parking to enjoy festivities and events that take place down here. Read the amenities portion on their website thoroughly, as it will let you know that you will have to find parking down there, then, essentially park illegally because you have to go upstairs immediately and let them know so they can enter your vehicle license plate number into their system, do not pay at the kiosk in the garage!!! Self-pay was $32 dollars, valet was almost $50…this is per night!!! Again, I was by myself, doing my own thing on my own schedule so my car never left its parking spot. Also, the kiosk only accepts credit cards; if one wants to pay online, one must download the app and there is virtually zero signal in the garage. I watched many people frustrated and irritated with trying to get a signal so they can download this app to pay for their parking. NOTE: Wi-fi connections were spotty & slow throughout the entire Shipyards. As soon as you get into the room, I would suggest checking the thermostat and making sure that the wardrobe door is open to expose the refrigerator. My refrigerator was not even remotely cold for the first 24 hours of my stay;having the door closed prevents air from flowing, which doesn’t help the refrigerator cool. Also, I did pull the fridge from the little cubby it was in and the back of it was in dire need of vacuuming; lots of dust caked on there…which doesn’t help cool refrigerator either.

This was my first stay at the Seaside Hotel, and it definitely won't be my last. Why? 1. The Seaside Hotel is easily reached from YVR Airport via the Skytrain and Seabus ( a quick ferry ride from Waterfront to Lonsdale Quay) 2. The Lonsdale Quay location offers a great selection for shopping, restaurants, the summer Friday Night Market with live music, food trucks, vendors, and stunning views of the Vancouver skyline. The waterfront has a long pier perfect for evening strolls to watch spectacular sunsets. 3. The Seaside is a beautifully designed hotel, with those extra touches that make for a great stay.
All good!

Good accessibility via Seabus to Downtown Vancouver. Room was very well presented with comfortable bed and bedding. The large bathroom afforded a walk in shower providing a good head of water. All staff members interacted well and had a ‘can do’ approach. Breakfast was good though choice was fairly limited.
The taps in the bathroom - shower and basin were difficult to use and quirky. 😵💫 Breakfast cereals prior to mains would have been good.
