The building has charm, the rooms are spacious, not too far from pools and garden restaurant. All appliances work well, AC is modern and efficient. Great pool temperature, many beautiful flowers. Restaurant is OK, fresh food. Staff is very good.

I missed a proper reading light. Families let their kids jump and dive, play ball and take over one pool completely. Crossing the street in front of the Hotel is unsafe and stressful. Menu has very few vegetarian options.

The breakfast was really good, traditional Mexican style breakfast. There were no American or Continental options - just very good mexican breakfast. Especially Sunday morning it was an amazing array of choices from pancita (tripe soup) and pozole (hominy) to quesadillas made at the moment. The pool seems to be the main attraction of the hotel and the kids loved it. There is a nice little Palaba next to it where parents can sit and enjoy a book or a beer while the kids play.

Decor was old and somewhat worn, the internet was very shaky, and the rooms were rather small. Good beds though.

The hotel has a good location for my interests. I most enjoyed the large and very well kept gardens. All food and drink can be served there, or inside. The buildings and appliances are very good quality, so are the pools. Even the pool loungers are comfortable. There was some nice Santa decoration outside, and a beautiful traditional Crib and Christmas tree in the Reception area. Fruit platter was very nice every morning.

Crossing the street on foot can be dangerous. No safe footwalk towards the nearest (very good level) supermarket. Food: I did not much enjoy the vegetarian ciabatta, too soggy. Breakfast eggs were only lukewarm, chilaquiles also soggy.

Amazing location, very nice pool, good restaurant. Some guys in the Staff were great, others just good.

Hotel is starting to feel old. First day there was some “funny” smell was coming from the drain (really not terrible, and didn’t last too much, but still un pleasant).

We loved the gardens and the second pool because the water was at a good temperature even though we went during the rainy season.

The staff didn't go to the pool to ask if we needed anything, we had to go look for them.

We loved that the restaurant was always available for us to get something to drink or eat. Also love that it’s next to a running trail.

Stairs were a little difficult for my aunt as she uses a cane.

The heated swimming pools were good

Not enough sun beds or space for those and allowing people to eat/drink next or in the swimming pool.

The hotel is really nice, with a traditional and family mood, facilites and people are so glad, the breakfast si really good, we really enjoyed our stay!!

I'm not sure, maybe hotel localization si a little bit far from downtown, but it was ok for us.

King size bed, one side way older and softer that the other side (uncomfortable)
