Close to Hanover. Nice staff. comfortable bed.

Weird menu-how did you choose the items over ones not chosen and the prices! Overpriced. When so many hotels have a free breakfast. We drove a few miles into town and had a delicious breakfast at Lou's. Also, there were no directions that restaurants and shopping was off of route 89. We drove around the area for about 30 mins in the dark and finally bought dinner at a nearby grocery store and ate in our room. Only after we got back to the hotel and inquired about the lack of restaurant options did we find out about the shopping area off of route 89-never would have guessed being from out of the area. Only 1 hook in the room?

We needed to be near Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center so my husband could begin chemotherapy, a two day process. We stayed 2 nights and greatly appreciated the location and the comfort. Having a fridge, microwave and coffee in the room was a big help. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The café was not open for breakfast during our stay, but we were able to pick up breakfast food at the very nearby COOP.

Great, comfortable property, friendly staff. We had a reason to stay near the hospital.

Do not plan on eating here! I’m not sure why they advertise breakfast or bistro as if it’s a restaurant option. There’s 1 person taking orders and “cooking” which meant microwaving a breakfast burrito because many items weren’t available.

Good location. Ample car parking. Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms were generous and as described.

Air con was a little noisy and some noise from other rooms at night. Starbucks coffee shop in reception but this was closed by 10am just as you are about to hit the road again, which is frankly a little weird.

The location was perfect for a stop along the freeway, but quiet! Liked that the Coop Grocery Store was nearby. Offered what one would expect from Courtyard in terms of room quality and friendliness of staff.

The breakfast itself was fine, but there was only one staff person doing everything--making lattes, taking breakfast orders, microwaving the hot dishes, and bussing. Had to wait awhile.

Great location for a stay in either Hanover or the Lebanon area. Convenient walk to take-away food and drink at the Coop across the street. Well equipped rooms with small fridge and microwave. Quiet and clean, efficient check-in/check-out.

Would love to see some sort of Nespresso or Keurig style coffee machine in the room. There is a coffee maker, but it's the standard hotel style drip machine that just doesn't cut it at 0300 in the morning when a better quality brew is essential! )))

It was a last minute booking as we changed our travel route. It was a very clean hotel and room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the highway and downtown. There was a nice breakfast area.

It was a bit pricey especially because it did not include breakfast.

The location for us was perfect as it's literally across the road about 4 minutes from the hospital my husband had surgery at.

I was terribly disappointed that the barista was closed one evening and one breakfast because of staff no-show!

Pillows too cushy, shower head should be better, had a tough time getting parts clean, maybe one with different settings or angles

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Didn't have to deal with the staff but when passing they were always polite.

A little disappointed in the " breakfast available but not included.
