Breakfast - in a nearby caffe, classical italian experience, small sweet or savory meals with exceptional coffe that you can also order for takeout. Room - very clean and practical, great comfortable mattress, efficient A/C, big comfy bathroom with a wide walk-in shower and a bidet. Old town city center as well as the main train station are within an easily walkable distance. The owner of this place is extremely kind and sincerely helpful. He put great effort into helping us throughout our stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

I was very comfortable here, ten minutes walk from the station and 20-30 minutes walk to the centre of town. I was especially impressed by the thought that had gone into all the arrangements - everything I could need for a short stay was there. It was warm and well lit and spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and quite big. The bathroom was quite big as well and had everything we needed. The location was very good, 20 mins walk to the main area but on the way you have different shops and a market so everything was convenient. The host was very helpful and gave us easy instructions to get in the property with no issues.

Everything was what we expected, breakfast was basic but enough to start the day.

We were a group and booked both rooms. The rooms are very big and have all amenities, including a welcome basket with juice and cookies, tv, towels, etc. Also, the temperature in the room was warm and nice. Plus, the windows shades are a big plus. Biagio is extremely nice and gave us very useful advices. In 15 minutes you can reach the train station by walk and in 30 minutes the city center. There is also direct bus but we didn't use it since 30 minutes walking was ok for us.

You can hear the noise from the neighbors upstairs or from other people climbing the stairs when entering the building. The beds are quite small.

Everything was perfect for a couple which mostly needed space for their luggage, store food in the room, go explore and come back to a comfy room. It exceeded our expectations because the space its well thought of. You have enough chairs, hangers in the bathroom for clothes to dry out or just store things. Its a good neighbourhood, relaxed and less noisy. Bed was great, mattress was hard as we have it at home. So for us was like we never changed beds! Location is great, easy to follow Biagio's instructions to get there. Its really easy from Marconi Express to get to it. It took around 15 minutes I think. You do not even feel the distance. Breakfast is an expresso/cappuccino and a sweet croissant. Biagio is a great host. I think his place is underrated. Its a great value!

The location is quite good, you can walk for 30 minutes to reach the old center, the cafeteria on the street is excellent for coffee and breakfast, I highly recommend the pastry. Nearby there is one of the best restaurants in Bologna (Trattoria La Via Serra) but you have a lot of other options. You also have a supermarket across the street and the area is really safe. The host is super friendly and welcoming.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Waited for our arrival to let us in. Gave us all the information we needed. The room was immaculate!! Very clean. We were suprised to have an additional room with a table, microwave, refrigerator and kettle! I walked to the center each night, about 25 minutes. If you learn the bus it would be really easy. We would definitely stay there again. Great little restaurant La Rosa just 2-3 blocks away (walking away from downtown, on the same side of the street, on the corner) we liked it so much we went twice.

In terms of location, you can easily walk to the bus station and train station in 15-20 minutes. There are also express trains and buses from the train station to the airport. The host was very kind and helpful. He gave me information about public transportation. The room was as in the photo. It was clean and tidy.

Maybe due to the location it is far from some central places.

Great experience. Within walking distance to the most important tourist attractions and the station. The room is very spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. There's a huge supermarket opposite the building. The host is very helpful, super polite, and provides you with all the necessary information.

Spotless and new. I really liked it. Even though it wasn’t in the old town the bus 27 was right outside so easy to get to the old town. And walking was only 20 minutes. Easy to get to from the station especially because the host gave excellent instructions (which meant you took the correct exit from the station) I highly recommend
