Our experience at Landmark Hotel was exceptional, courtesy of a wonderfully attentive team, including Crizkan and Edwin, whose service went above and beyond. Despite the compact size of our room, it was immaculately clean and cozy. The rooftop pool, with its stunning views, provided a serene escape, and the small but fully equipped gym allowed for great workout sessions. The hotel's location is perfect, nestled close to delightful cafes and restaurants, enriching our dining experiences. A charming touch was the birthday cookies and the farewell chocolates at checkout, making our stay even more memorable. The complimentary laundry service added a layer of convenience to our visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Landmark Hotel for its exceptional service, excellent amenities, and prime location. Thanks to Crizkan, Edwin, and the rest of the staff.

The two floor suite was beautiful. It had two bathrooms, filtered water, a sitting area, balcony, and nice view. The staff was super nice and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe and the hotel provided information about amenities in the area.

There was no easy way to contact the front desk. The number provided via WhatsApp was unavailable. No phone was provided in the room. Music from the roof, or somewhere, could be heard in the bedroom. Hallway noise is also loud. Dinner options are limited on site. When entering to check-in, the front desk is in the back of the lobby. There are two other desks before it and there is no indication that you are standing in the wrong place if no one is at either desk until another guest takes pity and tells you.

Our room was good: we had a duplex with a second floor. Our only complaint is that those rooms don't have a desk or anywhere to sit but on the bed. But the mattresses are very comfortable and the rooms were clean, if sparsely furnished. The closets are very small and for short people it's hard to reach the hangers for clothes. The breakfast was great. We mostly ate at the front restaurant, where the food was very healthy and delicious. The wait staff was very nice and efficient.

We could have used a desk or an extra chair in our room.

Everything! This place was the best place to stay. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. I was able to rest, and every day the cleaning staff did a great job. They had a spa; I had 2 massages there, and the price and experience were great. They also have 2 restaurants, one with healthier options and a second one with a hipster vibe that was actually pretty cool; it's called "General." There they have great coffee and a great selection of vintage vinyl records of Colombian music. They give you a free ticket to visit the Museum of Contemporary Art that is close by. I walked there, and it's pretty safe. Amazing place; stay here! PLUS inside your room you can refill your water bottle for free. I drank the filtered water from there everyday and everything went well!

The pool area could have some improvements, the jacuzzi wasn't hot.

Great location in a really vibrant area of Medellin - tons of bars/ coffee shops/ restaurants near by, and the 2 onsite 'restaurants' were a great addition which we used daily, highly recommended in that respect. We felt very safe in that area, the staff were great - it was a really nice experience. Great little gym on site too :)

The one thing that was a little frustrating was the minimal storage space for your clothes - there was some, but niot enough. There were a couple of additions in the room such as the bean bag, which although looked nice having a small cupboard with some shelves/ draws there would have been so much more beneficial. With that small adjustment it would have been a 9 out of 10. Thank you!

Friendliness of staff, the hotel was spotless and there was a really lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Some nice touches include the complimentary & excellent Coffee & flavoured water station in the foyer along with the books on the tables. We loved the rooftop bar and the pool. The pool whilst a little on the small side (especially if lots of people about) but we managed to find non busy times to enjoy it. The location was excellent and the hotel gives a lovely little map with information on local bars & restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed checking them out! Highly recommend ‘Capture Colombia’ Tour Company who have an office in the hotel. We did three different tours with them and all were excellent and fun! We loved our time in Medellín

We found this hotel to be a great location for our week in Medellin. There are many good restaurants within a short walk and the area is very safe at night. It is also close to the metro and Poblano Parque. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the city and mountains from our balcony. The bed and pillows were supportive and we slept well. We ate breakfast at both restaurants on site and really enjoyed our meals. Dinner was also good and everything was fresh and well presented. The rooftop restaurant was nice for an evening nightcap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Vivienne with her beautiful smile and encouragement of our Spanish.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice facilities. Loved the pool and hot tub and the views that came with it.

Unfortunately, it’s no fault of the hotel but I was robbed late at night. I chose to walk by myself from some friends hostel 3 blocks away as I had felt comfortable/safe prior. When I was about 1-2 blocks away is when a guy jumped out of a cab and came after me. I should have taken an uber as I have always read to avoid walking at dark especially solo. I think the hotel is still in a nice area and for all I know we were followed walking as a group from Poblado.

Being health conscious, I like the fact they have a health restaurant on site (Smash). Also like that they have a free washing machine and dryer in the basement (only one so you might have to wait sometimes). The hotel is located in a safe lively neighbourhood (manila) near restaurants but not with the hustle and bustle of calle 10. Wifi was reliable.

My room (310) was noisy, some kind of machine constantly running outside, this didn't really bother me but just mentioning it in case it bothers others.
