A nice hotel near the centre. Good sized room and nice breakfast.

The private parking was full and so was the public parking nearby . The suggestion by receptionist that we could park on the street was not possible either as it was a fiesta day .We ended up a long way away from the hotel parking on the road . My husband is 80 years old and had to keep trying to find somewhere safer to park . I fell that reception could have helped us a little more ! The restaurant had only three plates on offer - all cold . Coffee/ tea facilities in the room would be nice .

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, good restaurant and bar, fantastic breakfast and shuttle device. Would use the hotel again.

The location is great, the hotel itself is really nice and quaint. The breakfast was good but on the expensive side.

Unfortunately our room had an I comfortable bed and at night there was a lot of noise - we could hear the water running in other rooms and there was a rattling noise coming from the vents that would intermittently start for hours on end.

All good. I usually choose the hotels that are in summary ranked 8+ by travellers comments, this was an exception, and it was actually no difference with what I usually book. Room all good, possibility to reserve a parking place or park in a covered parking 2 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice.

Ideal location to visit that lovely historical city. Very welcoming people at the reception. Very good buffet breakfast.

Lack of towels. Just two bath towels. No soap. The liquid soap dispenser was empty.. A very slippery bath, dangerous for elderly people. Getting some hot water takes far too long !

Nice Hotel close to the main attractions in Arles. The Amphitheatres are only about 10 mins walk and likewise the Hôtel-Dieu. Many restaurants within easy reach. Comfy bed, nice clean room. Underground parking on site (for a few) was handy. Didn't try the breakfast.

We were touring by car and so we were delighted to be able to park securely in the hotel's underground car park. The hotel was located close to the Roman ruins which were reached by a very easy and pleasant walk. Ideal for our purposes.

WE have no complaints about any aspects of the hotel. It was perfect for our purposes

Super comfortable bedding, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff made this good priced hotel feel more like luxury.

As an eco-conscious consumer, I wish the hotel did not put out so many towels. Bathroom was poorly lit, with only lights above the sink installed with exposed electrical wiring. Although bathtub had handrails for unstable guests, adding non-slip tape to tub would prevent falls.
