Nearly everything about this motel stay. I would like for them to consider adding a regular and standard size refrigerator because they do have the space for that and it may increase the value and hopefully not necessarily the price point but because the rooms are larger than a typical motel room thus a standard size refrigerator would be probably beneficial for those needing a longer stay so that might be something that they could consider but overall I think that it’s pretty great. I had no complaints whatsoever about my stay very comfortable.

Very clean and quiet

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived an hour earlier than anticipated so our room wasn't ready yet - we'd made a special request- but they quickly readied it for us. The room was large, clean, and had comfortable features. The tub and shower were very clean, the beds were clean and comfortable.

The freezer needed defrosting in the mini fridge and couldn't accommodate anything, neighbors slammed doors closed until late, and noticed some odd smells in the foyer and room.

We stayed here about 20 days. Rooms are very clean and renovated. Staffs are nice. The lady who is working at the front desk is very helpful and kind. We extended our staying in here, every time she helped me about reservation and pricing. I requested detailed cleaning bc of long stay, they cared it. Would recommend. Definitely worth it for price.

There was free breakfast but not too much choices. Only waffle and cereal. The hallway smells bad due to carpets.

Wasn’t as clean as I would have preferred but that’s coming from a clean freak like my self. There was sticky substance on the front the dresser. Front desk night clerk was rudely quiet with no greeting, or even eye contact when asking questions. Acted as if I was a bother, to ask why my key wasn’t working!

Very helpful, let me check in a little early as soon as the room was ready an hour sooner than check in time. Cleaners do a fantastic job cleaning room daily - daily towel change, coffee soap and other in room items are replaced. The room was sparkling clean when I used to come back. The front desk was very helpful, I was there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. For breakfast I used to eat toast, waffles, cereal and coffee- it was clean and ample .I didn't use the pool but saw it during my breakfast. Loved my stay and will definitely stay again

Breakfast is good. Location is more than perfect near to everything. It is in the heart of Plano.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was perfect for our needs and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable the staff is very honest if you forgot anything valuable anywhere, you can find it. My son left his Nintendo controller, after they cleaned the room we didn’t find, we went to the front desk they searched and found it in the housekeeping room. We felt like you were at home. The rooms and facility were very clean. Area is very safe. Really appreciated everything Manali to let me and my kids be more than happy to say we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and pretty nice. The AC worked great, the bed was quite comfortable, and they had a fairly good breakfast available (loved the Texas shaped waffle maker!).

There were some minor cosmetic flaws. Would have been nice to have more protein available at breakfast.

When we first arrived, we checked into our room and my husband had a little difficulty with the restroom location because he has mobility challenges. I ran downstairs to ask if we could have a handicapped room and they immediately helped and moved us. The handicapped shower was so easy for my husband!! THANK YOU.

The only thing I was very disappointed in was that the only vending machine that had beverages ate my money and I told them about this and they nothing to help me resolve this issue. They used the excuse that this was a "third party" issue. They promised to help me in the morning. Meantime, I had to vehicle, so we had nothing to drink. They did nothing for us the following morning which I was very disappointed in this customer service. They made no effort to contact me to make this right.

The new manager has awesome hospitality and is doing a great job upgrading in a timely fashion the only reason I say this is because I worked with; for- about thirteen years With Patimar(peter) Patel and Bharat Barry all over Texas they would buy the hotel abd first thing we would. Renovated while still generating business and still keeping all customer happy , but they say this is the newer generation and she is doing great!

One out of four beds hurt my back but how would she know if I don't give a heads up thanks for everything
