Friendly and informative staff Great views and lovely balcony
The wifi! This did impact my stay a lot. I don’t have French data so was relying on this for planning cycle routes and phone calls. It was a factor in choosing a hotel over camping. They said it was due to overuse at busy times but it was just as bad at 4am. The wifi really needs to be sorted for the 2nd and 3rd floors with a booster or something I don’t expect everything to be perfect and would not have minded working in the bar/breakfast area in the evening but this closed at 20:30 so I had to sit in the ground floor corridor for about an hour to be online. that’s why I mark down on value for money because I seemed to pay the upper limit .

Large room with very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Bed made and fresh towels each day was a very nice touch.
Breakfast not served before 8am which made it difficult to get to early morning ski lessons at 0845.

Great location only took 2 and half hours door to door from England,Aravis minibus from Geneva airport to La Clusaz great, all very easy to get around ,love the Ski Shuttle bus free buses,food ,cheeses ,cows and sheep in the square,free glass of hot red wine ,Pancakes and Waffles from the little van at the bottom of the Square,Ski lockers great ,ski lifts great all great Thankyou.
We didnt ski all the slopes so we do not know what the other mountain ski runs are like.

Friendly and helpful staff . Room cleaned every day. Clean towels etc. Bus stop right outside Hotel. This was a free bus around the resort
