The front desk staff was exceptional! Vertie and Rebecca were so friendly and accommodating! Hotel was clean and well maintained.

We went down for breakfast at around 7:00/7:30 each day of our stay. The breakfast wasn’t as good as I was expecting. Day one they ran out of fruit and yogurt. Day two there were very little eggs left or bagels. I think for the price you are paying for the rooms, the breakfast could be a bit better, but it was adequate and much appreciated.

Everything was great but we had a couple of people go above and beyond. Our toilet started leaking the 1st night. It was the tank and only leaked when flushed so it wasn't causing a lot of water. I called the front desk and spoke with Julie. The hotel was full so she couldn't move us. She came up to the room to bring extra towels!! My daughter was in the shower so she couldn't actually look at the issue. The next day I checked the hall to see if there was anyone working who could trade out some towels. I found Leslie just outside my door and she was great! She came in to look at the issue and was able to fix the problem. Then she took all of the wet towels and brought back a replacement set. The next day we were having issues with the remote. We stopped at the front desk and asked for some extra batteries to see if that was the issue. Leslie showed up at our room with a new remote. This was a really nice customer service experience!

The entire establishment seemed exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lady that set up the breakfast was very friendly and a joy to visit with. The breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits. There also was a nice variety of cold items, etc. The coffee was amazing! I recommend this hotel and we will stay here again whenever in the area.

Check in was a bit of a struggle since we were informed there would be a 20 minute wait until our room would be ready. Since we arrived after the listed check in time and we had an engagement to attend to, that wasn't acceptable. A different room was issued to us with a king and a pull out sofa vs the two queens that I booked online. I was not informed at check in that it was not 2 queens. I found out it was a king when we walked into the room. It was a big deal to us and neither of us wanted to sleep on a pull out. Didn't feel like another hassle so we made it work. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

I have never had a hotel breakfast that was as good as theirs! It had a "pancake making machine" that made very tender pancakes! The biscuits and gravy were delicious! They ran out of scrambled eggs - nearing the end of the breakfast period, but made me a batch specially! The pool and hut tub were superb - clean and comfy! The maids wer smiling and helpful; I forgot my key in the room - on my way to the pool, and they creerfully let me in to retrieve it!

I arrived at a busy time. Too many people in line, checking in. Only one desk representative. She was very patient and nice though! Had to go around the block to make a left-hand turn from out of the entrance way. Right turns were good though.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Room was clean.

Out of 3 stays this was the first time that I ate the breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing. The sausage gravy was lukewarm, the apple juice was watered down too much, the sausage links were extremely salty. The staff who was bringing out more food stayed on her cell phone the entire time so I couldn't ask for more forks and had to wait. The pool had so many chemicals that my eyes were burning. Couldn't enjoy the pool area because of this.

We loved this hotel ! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. The lady taking care of the breakfast was really nice and very attentive. The evening snacks with a choice of wines, beer and cokes plus pretzel balls, chips and cookies was a nice bonus. Parking was great and even with road construction was very easy to get in and out of the hotel. We loved it and are planning to return next month. Also, a couple restaurants are located within walking distance. I have absolutely no complaints !

There was nothing that we didn't like !!

Good pool and hot tub. Breakfast was basic, but facilities were well stocked and clean. Lobby area, elevators, and hallways were all very clean and well maintained.

Queen beds seemed smaller than normal queen beds, and pillows were very heavy and bulky. Housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean over an hour before checkout.

The breakfast was great in my eyes this is why I love staying here your staff very pleasant to ask question they do what they need to answer. Your staff - cleaning lady’s all are great parking rooms I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when we come to visit daughter and grandson thanks for letting voice my opinion 👍

Description said city view, and all i could see was a Perkins. Also, the breakfast was weak. Processed eggs, minimal selection, green bananas.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and staff friendly. Only tip I would give anyone is never, never use Booking.com. If you have an issue you will get the run around and 400 different numbers to call that all end up a dead end. I will never use them again but will certainly stay with you next time I’m in town.
