Convenient and spacious parking, quiet place, attentive staff, heated pool and jacuzzi. Cleaning and change of towels every day, we hung "do not disturb" and new towels were thoughtfully left at the door in a basket. The walk to the center took 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a store very close by. You can rent free bikes. Check-in and check-out are very fast, I highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team.

Hotel was clean and well staffed. The staff always had a smile when walking through the property. It’s located very close to downtown a 5 min bike or car drive away. There is also a grocery store directly behind the hotel if you ever need anything. So it’s in a great location. I also likes that the bikes were free and could be turned in by 11. As other hotels have charged us for the bikes and had to be returned very early. Overall has a pleasant stay!

Nothing bad to say. This isn’t bad just FYI! Our room was not one of the ones renovated, it didn’t bother me one bit, but it may for someone else.

Breakfast was great. We had a meal there which was a good standard . The staff were nice particularly the restaurant staff, particularly Jimmy. Reasonable distance from Bus station(you can't get a train to Riva itself).Aldi very near.

It was a bit far out of town (We walked but some would find it a bit much). Jaccuzi could have done with a clean.

Superb breakfast. Location is not super central, but it doesn't really matter, since the hotel will lend you simple bikes at no extra cost. The bikes are really simple, but we went all the way to Limone on those. The staff is super friendly, the pool and Jacuzzi were much appreciated. Overall a great stay

You had to change at your room If you wanted to go to the pool area, and then needed to pass the restaurant, which gave somewhat of a Faulty Towers feeling :) They should have had a little space for changing in the garden. But this is really a minor! Overall, no negatives

Absolutely fantastic! This hotel exceeded ALL of our expectations. The breakfast was spectacular! There were so many options, most of it was home made and delicious. Heated pool with the jacuzzi is amazing. There's also a nice relax area inside with cozy chairs and fireplace. Sadly we didn't try their restaurant and regretted it a lot after the breakfast. The family that runs this hotel puts their whole heart into this and they take care of every detail and try their best to make your stay the best it can be. The hotel is also close to the centre of Riva so you don't have to bother with parking in the centre (or you can take a free bicycle). This hotel is by far the best price to quality ratio I have ever experienced. Will definitely stay here again. The best hotel in Riva Del Garda.

Breakfast was incredible, friendly staff, dog friendly and easy to find with plenty of parking.

Nothing- it's about a 20 minute walk down into the centre which wasn't a problem for me but others might have an issue with that.

I stayed in the hotel Virgilio for 7 nights and it was great from the moment I checked in. The staff is super helpful and very nice, the rooms and beds are comfortable and everything is clean and working just fine. The only thing I didn't like was that I could hear my neighbour snoring loudly at night and people talking behind the walls, but I used earplugs and slept through the night just fine. The pool is heated and a breakfast buffet won't leave you hungry. There is also a coop just near the hotel which is a great addition if you want to buy yourself some local snacks. I would highly recommend it!

I have coeliac disease and get very worried about travelling. The hotel provided me with a gluten free basket at breakfast every morning so I never felt left out and it meant I could still enjoy the variety of the lovely meats and cheese in a bread roll, spreads on toast and all the fruit.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in our room but they did have one in reception which we took up to our room. That is it, everything else was great.
