David and Leonora made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The annex gave us plenty of space and the breakfast was incredible. Home made produce was a lovely touch. Lovely to see the free roaming chickens outside the window. Beautiful natural gardens full of wild flowers and vegetable patches, surrounded by woodlands made for a relaxing stay.
Our only dislike was the road to the B&B which is a track road through the woods and as such is very rough in places. Not a complaint but certainly something to be aware of especially if your vehicle is low to the ground.

A gem of a place in a stunning location, we loved that it was off the beaten track and beautifully tranquil, just what we needed coming from a noisy stressful city. Leo and David are the warmest most hospitable hosts and made us feel so relaxed and at home. We appreciated all the lovely touches like the fresh cut flowers from the garden, the homemade cake and jams and the fresh eggs from the chickens that wandered freely around. We hope to return soon for longer next time!

What a wonderful location. Leo and David are exceptional hosts, they really could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect for a short stay with seperate shower room. The homemade breakfast was fantastic with lovey tea and coffe and a brilliant view out into the garden. This was made even better with their 2 lovely dogs, and the chickens roaming the grounds.
Makes sure you follow google maps as the b&b is down a short lane. The last part of the track is very rough but if you take your time and navigate slowly you will have no issue. Make sure you park near the garage, i couldnt see the spot (there is room) and i parked on a grass area which has been known to get very wet. You dont want to get stuck! These arent negatives at all, just good to know

Peaceful situation. Very convenient for purpose of our trip. David and Leo, the hosts, were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fruit, granola, Greek yogurt, juice and to follow a beautifully cooked ‘full Monty’, especially liked the tasty mushrooms. Lovely bed linen and very comfortable bed. The artistically arranged flowers in every room just sums up the attention the hosts wish to bestow for comfort of their guests.
The approach track to the property.

Breakfast was lovely for me and my vegetarian husband, the location was very quiet, rural with lovely gardens, trees and flowers. The room was spacious with kettle and tv and en suite shower, everything you could need, we slept well. Our hosts were very friendly and brought tea and cake on our arrival which was lovely
The road to the accommodation was very rough but manageable and we missed the turning down to the bnb, perhaps a sign at the turning or maybe if there is one a bigger sign.

Apart from the rough track leading to the bungalow, the location was both rustic and superb, being situated in the midst of woodland. The owners were exceptionally friendly, as we're their two dogs and four chickens and the breakfasts were delicious. A place to stay again should our travels take us in that direction again.

Lovely secluded rural retreat for an overnight stay with very friendly and hospitable hosts, David and Leonora who go out of their way to look after you and make you welcome . Recommendation of local pub for dinner (and booking of table😊)and a wonderful breakfast all made for a memorable stay. Thank you x

Bed was a little too firm for us ,but we believe it was new so that may have been the reason why

Excellent vegetarian breakfast. The hosts Leo and David were so kind. They even made me a delicious meal though I did not expect them to. I had such a relaxing stay and was made to feel truly welcome. Thank you. The setting is gorgeous and tranquil, and they encouraged me to walk round their 4 acre haven garden, complete with chickens. David is very knowledgeable about plants and will happily chat to you about them if you are interested... or anything! A lovely couple in a lovely spot away from it all. Recommended.
Everything was lovely. It was May and weather colder... I should ask for a hot water bottle for bed though because I forgot my long pajamas!

The breakfast was exceptional, with a very good choice for everyone. Much of what was offered was their own produce which tasted great. Lovely peaceful atmosphere and view while eating breakfast. The location is superb a real tonic for the soul . We both felt energised by staying here . Our host’s David and Leo were so lovely we were made to feel very welcome, and felt completely comfortable and happy.
There wasn’t anything we did not like, we found a real gem here . Superb !! Thankyou.
