The location is great; it is practically right next to the Pantheon, and only minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain, Sant'ignazio church and Via del Corso. The Colosseum is only 25 min walk away, but there is so much to see on the way it makes for a pleasant walk (even in 37 degree heat!). There are also numerous places to eat in the area. I had dinner right in from of the Pantheon on night! Valentina was very sweet, and made sure I had everything I needed to become familiar with my stay in Rome. The room was perfect! I loved the open balcony, and had a feeling of being absorbed by the sounds of Rome. I loved the added touches of the robe/slippers, the chocolates and having the fridge/coffee maker. The smell of freshly baked croissants (cornetto) will wake you up in the mornings. I will suggest taking the airport transfer to return to the airport - it picks you up at the door and effortlessly takes you with the least amount of fuss or stress. A beautiful stay, perfect location, and I will definitely stay when I return to Rome!

Excellent. It was in a great location, very central with main attractions only 10/15 mins walk away. The room was large (triple room), clean with lots of little touches (sweets on the pillow, dressing gowns and slippers), coffee machine, fridge with refreshments, snacks and variety of teas. Even though it was in a bustling side street, it had newish french doors to the balcony so you couldn't hear the outside noise. The bathroom was large too and spotless. The little delivery of croissants hanging from the bedroom door in the morning was a lovely surprise although I could smell them before I opened the door!! WiFi was a little patchy unless you were near the bedroom door. Thank you for a lovely stay and I will be recommending.

Nothing at all. They had thought of everything, Only thing missing was a plate to eat the croissants on but thats not a criticism (more a suggestion)...just didn't want to get crumbs everywhere!!!

Beautiful rooms, well appointed. Great location near Pantheon. Nice that minibar included complimentary drinks! We intentionally chose lodgings without a breakfast as we wanted to sample the many nearby cafes and bakeries, but it was a nice surprise to have fresh croissants hung on our door early every morning. Those along with the Nespresso in the room made for a lovely "first breakfast." Staff made checkin and checkout so easy.

Only one quibble; room didn't have instructions for use of the TV, which didn't seem to be programmed.

The location was perfect, so close to everything. The balcony was amazing, such a beautiful view. The snacks in the room and morning delivery of cornettos to our door made sure that every day got off to a wonderful start.

The doors of the communal lift were sometimes left open which meant that it could do be called to other floors, despite clear signs saying to close the doors. This was not Minerva Relais’ fault at all as the lift is communal but I felt it was noteworthy. My friend who was travelling with me cannot walk up stairs but luckily I was able to run down and shut the doors. Also there was one part of the floor outside our room which was quite uneven and could have been a trip hazard if you weren’t aware of it.

We had a fantastic stay here over the weekend. The rooms are clean, spacious, with all amenities you could possibly want. The staff were truly excellent, so friendly and helpful - and they leave a warm croissant for you every morning, a truly lovely touch. The location could not be better - it was within easy walking distance of all major sites. We also used the airport drop off option, and would highly recommend - driver was lovely and right on time. Overall cannot recommend this place enough, will certainly be staying here again on my next trip to Rome!

The location of this place is amazing, right in the city center (with every main attraction walking distance) but not on a noisy street. We also found the beds and pillows to be extremely comfy and the rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. Also warm welcome with some snacks and water! Our room was not very bright, but nevertheless cosy and fresh (thanks to AC) after long days walking in the sun.

It’s an old building, so you can hear everything happening next door and on the upper floor.

The location is excellent and the daily free croissants on the door were such a lovely touch. The room was lovely and clean. We were on the fourth floor with a small balcony. We had a problem with our shower but we told them in the morning and when we came back that afternoon it was fixed. The staff were very helpful.

It has a tiny lift which is great to have in Rome but it has two internal doors which if you don’t close them on exiting the lift it can’t be called to another floor. Twice our neighbours forgot to close the door which meant we had to climb the four flights of stairs but this is not the hotels fault. It is clearly written everywhere to shut the doors of the lifts so just people forgetting.

Large room and central location, only a few min walk to the Pantheon and croissant in the morning! I could smell it before it got put on the door! What a yummy smell to wake up to. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help and show gluten-free restaurants and bakeries.

The elevator was a bit tricky and tiny. Only room for one person and luggage. I walked up 4 flights of stairs. I am claustrophobic so I did try it one day and wouldn’t that be the day it got stuck and I have to say we were panicking, but it was because the door was opened too soon I guess. Just be weary!

Room has the best bed I have ever sleep on. Location is perfect, you can go to the most important places in Rome on foot. Room was well maintained, cleaned everyday. We had fresh, hot croissants EVERYDAY for free, free water and in the fridge there were cans of beer, cola/fanta and prossecco. It is on 4th floor, you can go by lift and we had the most romantic view of the street on the balcony. Everything was perfect!

There are no minuses.

Very good location and safe area steps from the Pantheon..The onsite manager, Valentina was wonderful. She took care of our every need from beginning to end. Helping with luggage to a private car to the airport. Beds were great. Rooms very clean. Hot croissants every morning hanging on the door. What an aroma to wake up to…

No ice machine on property, but you can buy ice next door at a small shop. A small seating area in the common area to share the day with friends would be nice in the future if possible.
