Short walk to beach and town

Booking advertised 2 passes each day to water park and pool. Only one would be available each day or we could purchase a 2nd one. Without the additional pass, the pool would only be available before 9am and/or after 6 pm. It was just irritating because the info should have been on their website. Look

Everything within walking distance. The beach was way more private and free parking at the beach, as opposed to Clearwater.

The water park was not included at the resort. You have to pay separately also we were told to park on the side of the street which is fine, but we received a ticket for parking the wrong direction. Not advised which way we had to park and no signs. Everything else was great.

My family and I stayed in a 2bd apartment which was really spacious. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you need (cups,plates,sliver ware, pots, utensils) Our balcony view was the water park which was convenient for us that way we could watch our older kids.

We had minor issues like our remote wasn’t working to the tv and the sink was clogged and the trash disposal wasn’t working but the front desk was very kind and helped us. The water park doesn’t have towels which I found odd. Also keep in mind the water park isn’t exclusive to your hotel, it’s open to the public and not included with your stay. They do give you some passes depending on the room you stay in. Which would’ve been nice to know before hand.

Location. Staff was amazing on point and very pleasant.

Elevators took to long no ventilation in them. Rooms could be a lot cleaner and more up kept. They could leave simple cleaning supplies, small vacuum, brooms. I through away every sock my girls took on the trip.

Our room was nice, the unit was in the corner over looking the water park, just above the kiddie portion. We loved the Splash Park, we ended up staying 2 nights to take advantage of the Splash Park hours (due to such a late check-in). Rooms were nice, we ended up also getting conjoining room.

The furniture could use an upgrade, liked the bench dining table, we sat here alot. Loved that we had the option to re-enter the Splash Park. One suggestion regarding the Splash Park was to have a seperate line at the Splash Park ticketing for those that are actually staying at the resort.

Splash park. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Clean room. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Nice 1 bedroom apartment.

The water never got hot enough. We had to run the water for 10 minutes before we felt the water getting warmer, which never got hot.

We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it was a great amount of space! Our room location was also great bc we could listen to the music from the restaurant on our balcony and overlook the pool.

I did not like (and the only reason we would likely not come back) that there is no pool for guests to use outside of having to go to the water park, which requires an additional fee. And after the water park closes and you can finally use the pool without paying, the bar to order food and drinks closes shortly after.

Very clean and the location is amazing everything is walking distance Jim from the office was amazing & also the Puerto Rican guy that works in the laundry amazing ppl that care and help with a very positive attitude great job!

I loved everything even my keys didn’t work at almost closing time and the lady there waited for us to give us new one she was amazing too. Also our room bathroom the water was super hot and she send a maintenance guy to fix it too bad that they didn’t had the piece to fix it right there and then but what matters it they tried to fix it thank you all great job great service.The parking is a little complicated to access.

Location to the Beach a Nd Restaurants

No pool, had use of Waterpark but only got 1 pass a day. Couldn’t really use the lazy river, Lots of unsupervised kids.

This place was perfect for us as we were two families traveling with small kids. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE plus and two bathrooms was amazing. The location was also killer, it was only a 5 min walk to the beach.

The room was a little run downed, and the toilet in one of the rooms took forever to fill back up with water so you had to wait 15 mins between each use. But truly it was mostly cosmetic issues that could easily be fixed. Having 4 small kids though, we didn’t mind.
