Central to highway and close enough to location we needed to go to. Quiet. Used laundry facilities which was great for not having to find separate laundromat. Excellent breakfast and very spacious area. Good pillows, bed and linens

Road construction right beside hotel made it difficult to navigate in the area and access the highway (out of their control) An emense amount of outside garbage. Some garbage left by guests and lots was probably blown in. Cigarette butts everywhere. Dead flowers in outside planters. It gives a very poor image to a really nice hotel. That should be a daily job to clean up litter

Hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious, TV was large and clear. Mattress was comfortable with good support. Plenty of electrical power outlets (USB's) in the room. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Good choice of hot foods, hot and cold beverages, breads and cereals. It was missing herbal tea. Front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.; however only 1 of the 3 I met had a name tag, Room had a coffee and tea station, microwave and mini fridge with freezer compartment. Location is just off the Anthony Henday ring road.

Seems maintenance may be an issue: the swimming pool was shut down due to repairs, There was no indencation of this when I booked the night before arrival. It is one of the features I selected for the search. the pool area shared shower room door lock did not work. The elliptical machine I sued in the exercise room had no functioning TV.

Staff were very friendly, always available! The breakfast was great! Location is great to get on the AH, I was in a room facing the parking lot so I can only say from my experience there was little to no highway noise! Lots of amenities in the area. King room was huge, bathroom products were name brand.

Breakfast during weekdays I'd like to see it extended until 10am for those of us that are leisure and don't like mornings.

good big room; great big tv, good channels, easy wifi, good staff, great breakfast, good pool n hot tub, good bed, great bedding, hot tub temp is absolutely perfect, room heat controls excellent. 1 short block away 1 minute drive is all the shopping and restaurants you could want. very quick meal pick up. easy to get onto 216 hwy loop but NO traffic noise at all, very quiet.

1. tub edge needs to be sealed. 2. staff needs to vac behind bed pillows, i found reddish brown specks there.. 3. due to a surgical apptmt i asked for late checkout but was denied; not happy about that. wd cost extra $50 FOR TWO HOURS? not happy...

the pillows absolutely suck very thin, the blinds came down on us but the staff offered to switch rooms but at midnight it wasn't worth packing up everything when we were leaveing in the morning and the door handle in the shared shower room broke off completly and had a young girl locked in the room thankfully her family was near

I stay here every 3 months for my medical appointments. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. I enjoyed the hot breakfast items today. So much to choose from. I also discovered I can connect my hearing aids to the Bluetooth feature found in the sound setting in the TV menu. This makes hearing the TV so much better.

Very good hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. It was a convenient 15 minutes away from the West Edmonton Mall without the price premium closer hotels charge.

The pool was very small and very cold. Not quite like swimming in the lake in Yellowknife, but not far off.

Adjacent construction. Excavation equipment could not only be heard from inside the hotel, but also vibrations were felt from the hotel foundations from very early morning to early evening. So if you're working night shift. It's impossible to sleep.

everything was great even though booking.com hadnt pushed our reservation through and front desk took a while as we werent in their system but when they looked at booking site it was stuck there. good thing they still had rooms.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

More towels and face cloths need to be in room. And when house keeping comes in they should provide clean towels and also face cloths. Refill coffee and more coffee cups. This did not happen. Beds were not made. No ice machine on each floor
