Hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious, TV was large and clear. Mattress was comfortable with good support. Plenty of electrical power outlets (USB's) in the room. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Good choice of hot foods, hot and cold beverages, breads and cereals. It was missing herbal tea. Front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.; however only 1 of the 3 I met had a name tag, Room had a coffee and tea station, microwave and mini fridge with freezer compartment. Location is just off the Anthony Henday ring road.

Seems maintenance may be an issue: the swimming pool was shut down due to repairs, There was no indencation of this when I booked the night before arrival. It is one of the features I selected for the search. the pool area shared shower room door lock did not work. The elliptical machine I sued in the exercise room had no functioning TV.

Staff were very friendly, always available! The breakfast was great! Location is great to get on the AH, I was in a room facing the parking lot so I can only say from my experience there was little to no highway noise! Lots of amenities in the area. King room was huge, bathroom products were name brand.

Breakfast during weekdays I'd like to see it extended until 10am for those of us that are leisure and don't like mornings.

good big room; great big tv, good channels, easy wifi, good staff, great breakfast, good pool n hot tub, good bed, great bedding, hot tub temp is absolutely perfect, room heat controls excellent. 1 short block away 1 minute drive is all the shopping and restaurants you could want. very quick meal pick up. easy to get onto 216 hwy loop but NO traffic noise at all, very quiet.

1. tub edge needs to be sealed. 2. staff needs to vac behind bed pillows, i found reddish brown specks there.. 3. due to a surgical apptmt i asked for late checkout but was denied; not happy about that. wd cost extra $50 FOR TWO HOURS? not happy...

Very good hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. It was a convenient 15 minutes away from the West Edmonton Mall without the price premium closer hotels charge.

The pool was very small and very cold. Not quite like swimming in the lake in Yellowknife, but not far off.

The Ukrainian front desk employee delivered exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. Her compassionate approach and dedication to her role are truly commendable and deserving of recognition.

Although the hotel was new, it failed to prioritize proper maintenance had a pleasant stay, but a more thorough cleaning of the bathroom would have been much appreciated.

From the moment we arrived till we left all staff were so friendly and helpful. The reception lady went out of her way to help with a last minute booking. When we were leaving the cleaning lady who was working on our floor called out a goodbye and safe travels. Our room was large, new and comfortable. Free Breakfast was a wider choice than we’ve had in other hotels. Parking was so easy

Best breakfast variety. Super clean facility and room. All the staff are super friendly and good value for the cost.

Minor feedback. The room we stayed at has this air conditioner that makes a revving up sound in the middle of the night.

The place is very nice and pleasant. Our family loved it. All front desk reps were wonderful but would like to remark that Michelle went out of the box and very helpful sorting out a pending cancellation with Booking. She was just awesome!

I couldn't handle the strong smell of the chemicals used in the swimming pool. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

not bad but it would be nice if it changes every other day. My family likes the pancakes. Boil eggs if possible must be serve hot but it was kept inside the fridge ( cold ) Over all not bad breakfast menu!! thanks

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. hotel layout was easy to navigate. rooms were very spacious, bright and incredibly clean. The bed was super comfortable!!! I will definitely stay here again.
