Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good, including the option to have breakfast on the terrace.

We understand the need to reduce washing towels for environmental reasons. But we believe that this could also be achieved by providing small hand towels. We would have requested the washing of towels only every second day if a small hand towel in addition to the larger towel was provided for each person.

The room was just right, shower was good, never had breakfast so can't comment, and the hotel overall was clean. The drinks were quite restricted what they sold at the bar, not enough choice.

Big rooms and beds, decent breakfast, clean. Location is near the metro station and Lufthansa airport bus stop.

The style of the hotel is a bit old fashioned already. My room was next to the room of the cleaners space and it was bit noisy in the morning. The cleaners start their daily tours early in this hotel and after the basic tour, there is another person who knocks the doors and comes to ask, if everything is ok and if your room was cleaned today... So if you want to take your afternoon nap in peace, put the "do not disturb" sign to the door.

It's not a hotel with modern architecture but the operating team and quality of services are excellent. The Housekeeper is very informative, respectful and able to understand five languages so your room and stuff in there are in very good hands. The hotel is close to the metro station and shuttle to the airport. I'm giving 10 out of 10 because you would have zero problems here. they will completely fulfill your confidence and satisfaction.

Convenient location - right across from the Lufthansa express bus to the airport and a two minute walk to the Ubahn. Staff at the front desk were super helpful and even had great recommendations about nearby restaurants. Rooms are decent size with some storage in shelves but no closet. This might not be a great place if you have young kids or a lot of gear as there's not much space for anything besides a small suitcase. Still, it's a good place to stay when visiting Munich!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. Shower worked well and bed was comfortable. Good selection of drinks at the bar. The hotel is very near a stop on the Lufthansa airport bus route. There is also a cycle path right outside (Munich is very cycle friendly). We spend a few nights here at the start and end of our cycle trip to Venice. The hotel kindly stored our bike bags in the meantime. We were also able to keep the byciles in the garage. Bonus: There is a nice restaurant called Guerickegarten at the nearby sports club and great coffee at the Café Eisenrieder next door.

Excellent personell, receptionist very patient, helpful in the middle of the night, kind and caring, not loosing track of all special wishes and beforehand changes and incorporating more family on the spot, also the bar right in the entrance very good, perfect and quickly serves draft beer, even had food, good area for our big group to get organized and meanwhile chat and have the little kid occupied happily

anyway, cant have everthing, - tha car space downstairs was a little un-spacious, but served for the two nights to have the car safely tucked away, we moved to town by U-bahn, very good connection!

we wanted a location outside downtown, near the English Garden, short walk to Lufthansa airport bus and UBahn subway and near shops and taxi cabs. IBIS Munchen met all criteria. Very modern and clean inside. Modern plumbing and electrical. Good lighting in the room; I could actually read a book at night! And all this for 75euro? Wow, thats a bargain.

The hotel is a little worn and tired on the outside and we were not sure what we would find inside. no problem, once inside it was a wonderful modern hotel the staff was warm and welcoming and multi-lingual. The modern facilities, generous dining area, large lobby and efficient elevator were all appreciated.

The room is what you would expect, everything is fine, quite standard.

We arrived in the morning from a flight, and I called to ask what time we could check in, or if we could check in earlier. They told us that check-in is from 3:00 PM, and if we wanted to check in earlier, it would be an extra charge of 100 euros, which I find very excessive.

Well situated in Pasing close to family and the Nordfriedhof UBahn (U3) station. The airport bus is just 100m up the road opposite. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room has comfortable beds.

No aircon because the outside temperature was less than ?25C , though the room temp was higher and quite stuffy. It was too noisy to open the window to sleep. The door key needed resetting three times (both keys). However, lovely helpful staff and a comfortable stay overall.
