I visit Melbourne frequently for work, and like to mix it up a bit where I stay. This was my first stay at this place, and it will be my go-to place from now on. Here’s why: - genuinely warm and friendly smile upon arrival - surprised by the generous size of the studio apartment - apartment was spacious, well laid out, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable - staff and their customer service both outstanding - beautiful gardens with lots of bench seating - comfortable little designated smoking area, away from the rooms but just a few seconds walk - smart tv - no noise pollution, despite being near main roads and a pokie venue (seriously, zero noice) - excellent value for money -

Being in the middle of a city it was surprisingly quiet, buses to the city were just on the other side of the main room. The bed was comfortable, and the place was very clean. All the basics were there to cook if you didn't want to eat out. The place was also quite secure for night time so I felt quite safe in the establishment

I like a flattish pillow and all of the pillows on the bed were too puffy and firm for me. Fortunately I'd bought my own pillow so it wasn't a problem in the end.

From the moment I booked, the excellent customer service was evident. Staff were proactive in moving the room to ground floor as we have children. The room was spotless, very clean not a single bit of dust or mark anywhere. It had modern stylish amenities. It was cosy, with effective heating and cooling. The large modern shower head and bathroom facilities were nice. We also received a card on the bed welcoming us to the accomodation and it was just a great accomodation.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with my cousin and her husband. The sofa-bed was in the outer room so we all had some privacy, although the bathroom was en-suite so only accessible through the bedroom - not a problem for family. The sofa-bed was very comfortable, but took up most of the room the way it was positioned when we arrived. We tuned it round so that the bed was against the wall and it was fine. Plenty of room for the 3 of us to have breakfast. The room was well appointed with cutlery, crockery and equipment etc. including a huge fridge, a washer-dryer and full sized oven. There was a free Nespresso coffee machine in reception. Reception were very friendly and helpful.

Our only criticism, and a bit of a risk, was separate hot and cold taps for the shower, rather than a mixer tap, so that you have to remember to turn the cold on first and off last so as not to scald yourself.

The room was spacious and warm upon our arrival. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the room was wonderfully equipped. It was a great 4 days in Melbourne to watch the grand prix, although we were out late every evening it was a perfect base to come back to, so we could rest up and get back to it the next day. Easy after hours returns, useful shops and place to eat nearby. Great wifi and plenty of outlets for devices. Quiet and enjoyable when we needed it.

I did not realise there was no house keeping on Sunday, but no real stress.

Excellent friendly service right through to storing our bags after checkout so we could shop until time to leave for the airport. Greatly appreciated. Room has everything needed even a hotplate. Impressed room was serviced on the non-public holidays. Christmas card and chocolates were a lovely touch for our 4 night stay.

Bed was comfy but pillows were hard. Blockout blinds mostly stop the super bright overnight lights outside.

We liked everything about this place. While it is very close to the nearby hotel, there is no noise whatsoever from the pub. It is a very short walk to the pub for dinner or lunch. We stayed in a studio which was quite adequate for 1 night. Spotlessly clean and an very comfortable bed. The receptionist showed us to our room and the heating was already turned on making the room very welcoming. This was our second stay and it certainly won't be our last. There's even a BBQ area!

Nothing to be unhappy about.

Very quiet apartment with nice enviornment and friendly, helpful staff there. Washer and Dryer are on-site to use but it might be occupied by other users.

I booked another room for my friend, but they couldn't make it due to the flight delay. The staff promised to talk to the manager re my request of waiving the fee, but no response at all. I am still awaiting the response from the management and will update the review for that room later.

It was clean, great location, and the rooms was spacious (extremely kid friendly). Very comfortable beds which meant restful sleep. Moreover loved the extra touch the management took to make it special - i.e. adorable Christmas card and goodies. The small things go far in service.

It was tricky to get to the carpark because it’s completely open and that’s a bit of a problem during rain. And the lack of a lift was a bit tricky to take our luggage up and down with our toddler. I would recommend a first floor room.

arrived at 12.30 am had to pick up the keys from the bar manager who had no idea what was going on tried to double charge us and refused to give us the keys till we paid even after we showed our bank account and bookings .com confirmation e mails ect we even got bookings . com on the phone to confirm we were pissed off at this point we had to wait for the hotel manager to come down to the hotel to sort it out at 1 am . i advise maybe next time give the people the keys and sort it out in the morning at a more appropriate time not accuse the customer of not paying and refuse entry at 1 am in the morning .
