The location was great and the check in process was quick and easy, which enabled us to carry on about our day. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was excellent, very well decorated and furnished, exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances were very well known top of the line brands. The furniture in the kitchen and living areas, we really comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 very well with more than enough room for everyone. The bedrooms were very well presented and styled. The beds were comfy, which was great for a good night's sleep after days of exploring the area and attending our children's sports event. Having our own laundry also came in handy for being able to do our own washing as and when we needed. The views from the balcony out across the water, were great morning and night. And the easy access to the beach is definitely a bonus aswell as the easy walk to the Wharf and cafes and food outlets within the area. We had an allocated parking spot in the underground garage/parking and a lift that took us up to our apartment, this was very handy to have as the street parking can be quite busy there. We highly recommend booking your next stay here and we look forward to going back again.

There wasnt anything we didnt like

The location was incredible, right by the wharf with quality food and entertainment options. Apartment 10 was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. We all felt very at home and relaxed. Access to fishing rods was a hit for the kids, there was also boogie boards and other equipment but we didn’t make the most of it. We will definitely be back!

I honestly can’t think of anything, it was exceptional.

Excellent location, clean and the staff was fantastically helpful. They had many beach toys, boogie boards etc that were free to use. The property has a heated pool and spa, and beautiful canal views.

Check in instructions could have been given more clearly, as it took us some time to contact the staff when we got there. However once we got in touch, everything was really smooth.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Overall we had a great stay, and would stay again.

All fairly minor issues. We booked 2 apartments. One was great, but the other had only a set of 4 cutlery for 6 people. Cooking utensils were missing some basics, no dishwashing liquid. Photos on website didn't match the rooms we booked. Checkout time quite early at 9.30 am

Great location with easy access to the beach. Had to cross a road to access the shared pool which we didn’t realise and found the kitchen missed a few things e.g. can opener, hand towel / dish towel etc. Overall though very good.

We stayed at the Portsea North exterior apartment, a few sections down from the Spinnaker, in a very nice 3 bedroom unit. Lounge opens out to a lovely view. Comfortable beds with good linen. Fabulous kitchen with plenty of space. Comfortable lounge chairs. Well kept pool. Hosts were just lovely and were so helpful. About 5-7 mins walk to a bus route and main street. Quick access to the beach and walk ways (maybe 1 minute).

The location is fabulous, the outlook from the balcony is great, the beach is just a short walk away as are all the restaurants and cafes. The on-site managers are two of the nicest people you could meet, what a breath of fresh air to have bright, smiling hosts who actually want to make your holiday as pleasant as possible…..nothing was too much trouble for them! Thank you so much for an awesome stay and we will be back 😊

Location was good, overlooking the river and close to many eateries and attractions. It was a good size apartment.

Needed a little maintenance. Light bulbs blown, shelving loose, toilet seat loose. Got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes until caretaker was able to get it going again. It had been in need of maintenance for some time.

The view across the river canal was amazing. The roof top area was such a bonus area. The location across the road with a safe pedestrian crossing was perfect for going to the beach. Safe swimming areas within a 5min walk along a beautiful shady boardwalk. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the wharf restaurants and shops,

Firstly Jo, the Manager was brilliant, friendly and even rang to let us know that the unit would be ready earlier than 2 pm if we were up there to check in. Can't fault this location, perfect for Beach, restaurants and walks. Lovely comfortable couch, good air con and a great bed. Pool was beautiful down by the park and waterway. Good water pressure in the shower, bathroom on the small side.
