Great facilities and access to spa if available, but recommend to reserve early, especially on the run up to Christmas Easy access from main road, perfect for a airport or work in local area. Seems very good for business meetings etc. Great food and relaxing environment.

If with kids, then note that they cant access the facilities and there may not be as much for them to do - which detracts for families on their way to the airport. You have to pay for parking.

The property is amazing, the rolling hills were covered with snow and very magical. The resort is so cozy and comfy and inviting, and the spa is top notch. We love this place! The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is included and the staff is always exceptionally wonderful.

The only thing that I wish could shift with the room is that although we appreciate automatic lights to save energy, I wish there were an off setting for the night for the bathroom light so that we wouldn't be blinded every time we go into to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The hotel is good & restaurant are to our expectations.

We checked in for two rooms ,the rooms allotted were too far from one room to other room.

It was fine for a short two day stay. But. the swimming pool was only open to children on a Sunday during very limited hours. The location caters for kids. I dont understand why they would have such a strict policy. The room was comfortable but small, the breakfast was excellent. the resturant was ok but overpriced.

Comfort room, hotel location, nice breakfast and wide varieties of selections.

The table in the restaurant was not well cleaned. The price I paid is including free entrance to the spa but could not utilize this feature because of time limit; so I paid for a service which I could not get. Maybe it is better to reduce the price of the room and make spa entrance optional with a charge for those who wanted to use it.

everything! To walk in and have three great pillows available that was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent and location was spot on very close to the airport but far away enough that it was comfortable

The straff was exceptional serviceminded and helpful. Breakfast very much to choose from, Even good gingershots! Dinner top quality. Spa treatment with massage the best I have ever had. Pool perhaps a bit too hot. I will certainly come back and recommend Lily to my friends.

Love the bathroom, and the bed is comfy! Bathroom is great!

The coffee machine looked dirty. The inside of the coffee box with the pods and things looked kind of dirty or dusty also.

Large and well equipped

The staff moving/scraping furniture around in the Brasserie at 3am with our room directly above for more than an hour keeping us awake.

I have not eaten such breakfast in a long time. It was amazing. I liked the place,the surroundings. The night staff, I'm impressed
