A centrally located hotel within walking distance of the dock for the Kristiansund catamaran. A la carte dining and Egon restaurant on site. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and quiet. Possibly the most amazing breakfast choices including a significant number of gluten free choices ( labelling of allergens in Norway is so much better than anything we have experienced in the U.K). Free coffee/tea and fruit in reception.

The hotel was in a terrific location... in the centre of town with all of the tourist attractions within walking distance. The train station and ferry terminal are 15 minutes walk away but two bus stops at the hotel... one just out front and the other adjacent to the building. Breakfast was expansive with many options to choose from!

Minor issues were the absence of a bedside table and that housekeeping would only clean the room if requested (I had a four night stay..) Shower door did not prevent the floor from getting wet and no floor / foot towel was provided.

The breakfast at this hotel was truly an incredible experience, boasting a plethora of options that catered to a wide range of dietary preferences. Each item was cooked to perfection, showcasing superior quality and attention to detail that one would anticipate from a top-notch establishment. The selection was diverse and every dish tasted as delightful as it looked.

The only area that could see some improvement would be the breakfast serving hours. It would be even more accommodating if these could be extended, allowing guests more flexibility to enjoy the fabulous breakfast offerings.

We had some problem with the heating in our room and we were offered an alternative corner room which has more space! Location is central and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The basement car park has direct access to the hotel and is super convenient. We were offered a packed breakfast as we need to catch an early flight. It's a great gesture for travellers!

We felt very welcomed by staff at the hotel and found the rooms very well appointed, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the connection to the old pub / bar with its character and warmth and that there was a restaurant on site, with a very good menu. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the food was excellent. It was a very good convenient base from which to explore Trondheim.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We stayed in 4 different hotels in different places in Norway - we enjoyed them all but this was our favourite hotel.

Lovely breakfast, and a very pleasant dining room to eat it in. Hotel is perfectly placed for most things in Trondheim Centrum. Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms and super comfy beds. All in all very happy with the stay

As perfect as the location was for trondheim centrum, it also comes with a downside; the noise from the bars, pubs, and general population nearby can be a bit loud during weekends. At least if you have a room facing the street as i had.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet. Very centrally located with a bus stop right in front. Everything you need is nearby including grocery stores. Walking distance to points of interest. Free candy, fruit, and coffee anytime.

We liked all things about this hotel. It's close proximity to city attractions, close to airport shuttle bus, great beds, friendly and helpful staff, quiet room and lovely breakfast. Staff supplied us with a plate of birthday treats which was a nice surprise. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel was very central, with several restaurants and supermarkets close by. The bed was comfortable and the room was near the roof which made it quiet. Breakfast was served early enough so I could start my day, even if that meant catching a bus to the station or port. The selection of breakfasts was very good and I never went hungry.

Everything was fine, I checked in early, and was able to get a bus to the train station after check out very easily. I was exactly what I wanted for my stay in Trondheim.
