The Barefoot suites are amazing to stay in: super spacious, well-furnished, very clean and comfy. It has all the amenities needed for a please medium to long stay. The pool + jacuzzi are great to slide in after a day of adventures, always warm and accessible until late. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The windows: given the proximity to the road (and the Fun Zone theme park), you would expect windows to be sturdy, sound-proof, but all night we could hear the engines revving in the street behind, windows shaking a bit too much - light sleepers beware: despite the bed being amazing, I had to go sleep on the convertible couch in the living room on the busiest nights (even with earplugs).

Location, next to old town and short ride to everything Disney. Ideal when leaving parks as most traffic going west and resort is east. Near to amenities supermarket, shops and eateries. Stayed at Kissimmee many times and this was best location. Accommodation ideal, one bedroom. Full kitchen and washing facilities. Pool area great. Wildlife alligator, turtles and herd of deer. Accommodation a little tired but still good and one clean during stay. Gated community

The Villa saw spacious and clean. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The amenities were great, the pool was clean and we are across the street from Old Town. It’s in a great location, close to shops, entertainment and the highway. We would definitely stay here again.

They’re not 24 hours. I did have a delay in my flight which was already coming in close to midnight. There were no options for me to get into my already paid in advance room so I had to pay for another night at the neighboring property.

Great place to stay around Orlando and visiting the parks! The Resort is located near 'Old Town' for a fun night out as well. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Safe parking spot and great system to go in and out whenever you like!

No (daily) cleaning service.

Great location, apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Pool area was excellent.

Security of patio doors was suspect (defective lock) and fly screen was in need of some maintenance. Air Conditioning Units next to patio were not ideal as they were quite noisy.

We loved everything. It’s simply awesome. Good location and great staff. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I appreciated that we were allowed to drop off our luggage at the front desk early on the day of check-in and then come back later in the day to check-in. They even got a room prepared earlier than normal check in if we wanted to return early. The suite was clean, comfy and spacious. We were on the bottom floor. Location was great. We walked to the Old Town stores right across the road and to Fun Spot America. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Our suite's back sliding door was a few steps from the pool. The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them each night. The washer and dryer came in handy. We used the full sized kitchen for breakfast mostly.

The free wifi was limited to 2 devices. There was a web page to disconnect the devices but it wasn't working so the first 2 that got on were the ones connected the whole time. We didn't get the large tub that we saw on the pictures in Booking but that was ok, we used the hot tub by the pool.

Beautiful property very well kept. Close to shopping spots, attractions, and places to eat.

what I didn’t like is the $200 security deposit, I don’t remember seeing that anywhere. I asked what if I don’t have it? the response was “you won’t get the money back you prepaid with , and you’ll need to find somewhere else to stay.” My sister was at Westgate Resort which had tons of amenities and she only paid a $50 security deposit. BEWARE of the kitchen!!! there’s only a microwave and refrigerator. The computer work station is 1 computer at a small table across from the front desk. Not exactly how it’s described Those are the reasons I would not got back.
