What I liked about this hotel is the overall atmosphere — it's located right at the Genting hilltop, so you get to enjoy the cooling breeze all the time. Unlike hotels at the mid-hill, the temperature here is consistently pleasant and not so weather-dependent. I really enjoyed the windy environment. Check-in was hassle-free. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and both check-in and check-out times were reasonable. The room itself was clean and tidy. Most amenities were in good working condition. There was no musty smell at all, which shows that the place is well-maintained. Also, plenty of parking is available, which is a big plus.

However, there are some downsides. The location is quite out of the way. While the host offers a paid shuttle service, I strongly recommend coming with your own transport. Getting a Grab ride was nearly impossible during my stay. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. I kept getting an "unable to obtain IP address" error despite multiple attempts and restarts. Given the weak mobile signal (including 5G) in the area, a stable Wi-Fi connection is essential and really needs to be fixed. Also, although the air conditioner was functional, it was quite noisy — probably due to wear and tear at the blower. The host may want to look into servicing it.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were all very clean and all the utensils were available. Bathrooms were clean as well. All plates, bowls, pots and pans were also available. Smells clean too! Only 10 minutes drive to Genting Highland. (They offer shuttle service straight to Genting Highland for RM15/head/one way)

Some mold in the bathroom door and a little unclean in the edges on the floors, but not too bad.

Unit cantik, bersih dan kemas. Has WIFI connection. TV channels pun ok, ada Vision 4 movies from the hotel. Strong water pressure. Dapur ada chiller, microwave, kettle, plates, mugs, kitchen utensils like scissors, knives and also there is a small electric stove n a broom with dustpan, that we didn't use them coz the floors were already so clean. Although we're in Genting, the unit also has AC in the rooms n living room functioning well. There hv many board games too guys. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls were also provided. We saw there were few cafes n KKMart too but we didn't have time to check it out since we're only there for a night stay. Oh yes, the hotel parking is free guys. Altogether, we could say that we had a great stay and would love to come again.

We came to the hotel after finished playing games at Skytropolis, so it was already night time arnd 10pm. Although Ion D'Elemen is not that far from the First World Hotel, but due to the drizzling rain, thick fog n winding road to reach the hotel, it took us approx 15-20mins, it was a bit scary since it was so dark n we were not familiar with the roads there. So careful guys! Safe driving!

Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here. The house is beautiful and clean, with a really nice view. All the house facilities are complete, especially the kitchen fully equipped and convenient for cooking. Check-in was smooth and easy. They asked for RM100 deposit, you can pay by cash or bank transfer. If you use transfer, just take note it takes around 24 hours to get your deposit back. And just a friendly reminder. If you accidentally make a wrong booking, they don’t allow full refund even if you just booked a few minutes ago. It’s clearly stated in their booking policy, so just double check before you book! Other than that, everything else was great and I’m really satisfied with my stay.

Just a small issue with the heaters. The heater in the common bathroom wasn’t working at all. The heater in the master bedroom worked for a bit but then stopped, so we had to shower with cold water 🥶. Also, the master bathroom was clean but there was a bit of unpleasant smell, not sure where it came from.

Clean, comfortable room for staycation

Got it on offer for rm55/nite. But Suprise by the cleaning fee of rm90. Total up to rm155 including tax. The room was not that spacious to be charging for rm90 cleaning fee.

Good Location, Nice weather, Common area facilities were good, Pool had warm water which is good for such a weather, had marts and bar that opens till late at night staff were friendly and ok. Parking facilities were good but if you are late you will need to park at a higher level.

Property was clean but there was dirt and hair underneath the carpet but other than that property was really clean

The ease with which food is available. The clouds just outside the balcony. The hot and cold water dispenser in the apartment. Apartment was clean. Host was very responsive.

The bunk bed was very creaky. The floor felt sticky but house slippers were provided.

Great location, nearby to Genting Skypark, offer a free Genting shuttle. Everything was within walking distance. Stayed here during peak season. It was packed, but the staff managed well and were always helpful. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the kids loved their room, made them feel at home.

The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is clean and the shower heater is functioning well, also the shower pressure is a plus point! We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

I like everything about this hotel. With the low price, I didn't expect the room was soo wowww! Normally any hotel will only provide mineral bottle and kettle for hot water. But this hotel got some kind like coway water, and im so impressed. This hotel also provide microwave, OMG i really love it. If you tapau outside food, you can just simply reheat in room. The facilities also wowww, there are many restaurant at 3rd floor and mini mart which easy access. I got room that the view can see the sunset in the morning, and can see the pool facilities.

The hotel got some bad smell, i dont know how to describe the smell. But the smell is really uncomfortable! I think this one you need to improve more, because everything about you hotel was very excellence! Maybe can put some room perfume or anything that can remove the bad smell.
