The property was easily accessible from the airport, the owner has a great eye for design, little details that make feel welcoming and at the same time chic. The bed was comfortable, the room was of a good size and also really liked all the decorations.

Very late check in and early check out. Check in is only at 4 pm and when travelling one ends up tired and wants to chill out a bit before heading out into the city. I was lucky enough that my room was ready sooner and really appreciate that but otherwise a slight modification in the time would give me more comfort. There is an option for the luggage storage but still a few hours earlier check in would work better.

Our family of four - two adults, two kids between 6-8 years old - stayed at this gem for three nights. Super easy check in, quiet location, beautiful two bedroom room. We were there during the first bit of the heat wave so beyond thankful the two bedrooms had air conditioning. Comfy beds, lots of storage space in the closet. If we find ourselves in Bordeaux again, we will look no further than Maison Manege Bordeaux Centre!

There is a shared kitchen, dining room, and living room on the main floor of the building that are spacious but, other than storing some items in the fridge, we didn’t really use them.

Gorgeous property ideally located just steps from the old town. Rooms are very spacious. Our family of 4 had a suite with a second bathroom (with huge shower) on the second level of the suite. The hotel also has a pretty lounge with sofas and a coffee maker. Tip: get the breakfast! It’s not like a hotel buffet. There’s a delightful woman who sets it up for you in a gorgeous country-style dining room. Great experience.

Maison Manege had all of the amenities of a 'home' away from home. The location is very central- about a 5 min walk to the city centre. The house manager, MarieTherese was very helpful. So basically you can use all of the amenities in the well equipped kitchen to make any meal or heat up any take away. The bed was super comfy. The room had a beautiful ornate balcony. The photos of the rooms are accurate. We were really pleased to have picked Maison Manege. We would recommend it.

As there are stairs only having a heavy suitcase may pose a challenge getting it to your room.

Perfectly located apartment, in walking distance from city centre, close to supermarkets too. Apartment is nicely furbished and bed is very comfortable

All coffee/tea facilities are downstairs ( down 2 levels on spiral staircase) which is a bit annoying given the rooms are big enough to have a coffee machine inside. It would also be nice if the staff were a bit more friendly/ welcoming (not sure if a language barrier or not)

They had a fully equipped kitchen - food was not supplied but the facilities were great with a little courtyard outside or a dining room inside. Great location - close to the Square and close to our family who we were visiting.

The 50 steps up to our room! But good for the fitness, and that is expected in France in those beautiful old buildings.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. Tasteful decor, spacious room, stunning high ceilings, circular staircase, gorgeous kitchen, dining room and reception room. Extremely well kept, clean, comfortable, welcoming. Very central location, easy to get to on the bus from the train station and simple to get to the historic centre of the city either on foot or with the transit system.

Great location, room was lovely and exceptionally clean. There was lots of optional assistance with activities to do in the area from the online team. There are some incredibly large rooms in the hotel, we stayed in the smallest one but it was perfect for what we needed. There are not many rooms available at this hotel so its nice to have more of a boutique feel. There was one member of staff on site for a period of time and she was just lovely.

We completed the online check in document and it saved my details but the hotel couldn’t access it so I had to have a phone call to work through to get the check in details as there is no one on site to let you in to the property. Not a major issue it just removes some of the convenience for contactless check in. There is no lift (which is not uncommon in Europe) just something to note that all rooms are up one or two flights of stairs. The documents sent via email for the check in process had details of restaurants which is super helpful, one of the restaurants has closed so it would be good to update.

We are from Australia. The room was bright and like walking into a dream location on entering! Bathroom was perfect...especially the twin basins, with storage shelf beneath. Very well thought out use of space. Easy walking, or by bus, or by tram to everything.

For us, having a choice of one extra soft pillow, as well as the firmer style provided would be ideal. The firm mattress was perfect...just needed a softer pillow. Thank you for asking.

Maison Manege, is fabulous place to stay 😊 a beautiful house/apartment. A quiet, safe comfortable place. We stayed in the exceutive suite! It really was stunning! I loved how they thought of everything! Decoration was top class! Storage was great and all the finishing touches! Brilliantly designed..A really nice vibe in the apartment. Great, that you had the use of the common areas, such a a full on kitchen and dining area a dining lounge. Good location you could get around by foot. It wasn't in the busiest part of the city, It was in a really good area, and a few steps away to get to nice cafe and restaurants really close by. We will definitely come back here 5 stars 🌟

Great place! If I would change anything it would be early check in and a later check out. Maybe someone on site to greet you and say goodbye would be nice too...
