Clean room with good quality mattress bed (depending on body size could be quite challenging but overall nice one) and pillow. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower (depending on body size could be quite challenging but overall nice one). Within the room are small fridge and different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the old city (quite central location even though at the edge of the old city). Close to central train station (15mins easy walking) and 5mins from tram line connecting to the airport while in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by and on the main high-street pedestrian way towards the river. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is kind and prompt to reply either through through e-means or in person, so feel free to ask anything.

A decent breakfast with some interesting non-standard items on offer; less than 100 metres from tram route B, which has easy connections to public transport to the railway station and airport; also a short walk to the riverside and to many options for food and other refreshment. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff is also worthy of note.

There was a very slight incidence of mould in the shower cubicle — not enough to be a concern to me, but might be to people with some allergies or other conditions.

The location is great - right in the middle of the old town and no noise in the room - we had a courtyard room at the back. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, regularly topped up and managed by very friendly and efficient staff. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was a bit small but clean. Plenty of shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer were provided as well as a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

The bedroom was a bit small and not much room to walk round the end of the beds. The shower was difficult to get into with a double tile height step.

Great hotel in the center of Bordeaux. Room was clean and normal size with great city view. From there you can walk anywhere. The hotel is in a very nice street with lots of shops and places to eat. The staff was just super nice and helpful. Really really nice. I was able to check in earlier, got help when needed a quiet place to work..I will come back for sure and I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, clean functional , well equiped and furnished bedroom, bathroom, common areas.

With temperatures at 40 degrees of course I would have preferred to have aircon BUT this is a 2 star budget hotel which represents superb value and exceeds it's star rating in every other aspect so this is not in anyway a complaint.

I was offered an upgrade at the same price from a small to a standard double, given there was space, which was very generous. The room was quiet and the location excellent for central sites. There is baggage storage. The hotel reception were really friendly and gave some travel and local transport tips.

It would have been good to have a coffee option in the morning, but it's not critical, as there are various cafes nearby. In general it's an excellent hotel.

Perfect location, in the historic centre of Bordeaux, a stone's throw from all the major sights and tram and bus stops. Very friendly staff, always smiling, helpful and ready to help. Good breakfast buffet, with sweets (great croissants) and savoury, also excellent for Italian habits.

Only one small defect, there was only a ceiling fan in the room and no air conditioning. But fortunately Bordeaux was very breezy!

Very helpful staff who answered our questions without any issues and were very accommodating. Water facilities for topping up bottled water especially as we were visiting during a heatwave. Very comfortable beds and extremely soundproof rooms so no problems getting to sleep at night. Very central location in Bordeaux and easy to get to.

Quite narrow corridors and when we first checked in mid afternoon we had to be very careful not to trip over the cleaning equipment including the vacuum cleaner plugged in an outlet in the corridor.

It was a very hot day(40 degrees plus and the two fans were slightly noisy Discounted parking required a qr code(a bit complicated!

Good connections by tram between the hotel and the airport. It was very central located. The breakfast had quite a few varieties, I especially liked the typical French quiche.

Unfortunately, there was no trash bin in the room so I had to have my own plastic bag to keep plastic and paper rubbish there and throw it away in trash cans outside in the street.
