This was the most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in - we were three friends having a weekend away. Location is perfect - right in the middle of the main shopping/cultural area. Apartment was stunning - three fantastic bedrooms, two bathrooms with huge showers, lovely kitchen and the most fabulous sitting/dinning area with five large dual aspect windows, comfortable seating, smart TV playing Netflix/Spotify. We couldn't have asked for better! Honestly it totally exceeded all our expectations - we loved it. I had the most comfortable bed and the pillows were fantastic (usually a bug bear of mine and I have stayed in five star hotels all over the world). Best weekend in the most amazing place - I will definitely be back sooner rather than later!!

Couldn't fault anything - it was amazing!

This was a lovely large spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre of the World Heritage site that is Bordeaux. It is 3 bedroomed, and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space to move around and have privacy. I am sure that this would also be the case if all the rooms were occupied. The kitchen was well equipped, and the croissants and bread delivered fresh each morning was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a city break in Bordeaux.

Great location, nice decor, efficient air con, quiet, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, bakery delivery each morning, coffee and juice supplies, clean - and response to wifi outage was prompt and efficient. Florence (who manages the apartment) was helpful. Overall, we loved it.

Based on this being a four/five star apartment: China/crockery low quality and much of it chipped - really needs to be better in such a high quality apartment. Glasses could also do with an upgrade. Covering of couch/sofa in main salon was a blanket …… once again could just be better and higher quality, Stair carpet in public area needed a clean.

From start to finish our stay in Bordeaux was amazing, the apartment far exceeded our exceptions. We were greeted upon arrival and we could leave our bags at the apartment and then we could go and explore the city. The apartment itself was amazing, beautiful living room, lovely kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 showers and 2 toilets just perfect for a party of 5. There was so many little touches but the fresh bread and croissants delivered each morning for breakfast was just amazing. There was also a few bits left in the fridge for breakfast too!! We would highly recommend this apartment it was just amazing 10 out of 10!!

This is a fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. You feel like you actually live in this beautiful city instead of just visiting. Great sound proofing and comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and the living, dining space is beautiful, stylish and spacious. We loved our short stay here and would very much like to come back some time. It’s also perfect for getting to restaurants and shopping.

Loved everything about the apartment. Location in the heart of Bordeaux. Huge apartment ( there were 6 of us 2 couples) and the bedrooms and beds were enormous. High quality throughout and plenty of showers and bathrooms. Excellent views on to the bustling streets below. Worth every cent. Florence who took care of us did an excellent job and stored out suitcases nearby on the last day so we could vacate the apartment. Delirious baguettes and croissants were delivered every morning and left in our entrance. Couldn’t ask for more. The best apartment we’ve stayed in so far.

Nothing. We didn’t have a car so no idea where we’d park if we had one but Bordeaux can be covered by foot, bike or public transport.

Good location. Very specious. Comfortable beds and bedding. Very close to the tram stop and a good location from which to explore Bordeaux city centre on foot. The provision of fresh bread and croissants every morning was a lovely touch.

The option of a lighter duvet would have been good.

One of the best apartments we have ever experienced. The apartment was very spacious, centrally located, and comes with great amenities. We love the thoughtful touches like bread and croissant delivery every morning and our welcome pack which included some milk, juice etc - very much appreciated.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Loved the spacious and well designed apartment! the high ceilings were great and so were the large windows. the location was central and on a beautiful street. generous with the food as well. beautiful living room.

The biggest problem was we were given the 3rd floor Apt and the elevator was broken. so taking luggage up and down 3 stairs was a nightmare. one of the hairdryer was not getting warm / hot air. also in one of the bathrooms there is no holder for soaps or shampoos in the shower- this was very inconvenient. since we had a car access to the street wasn’t allowed so dragging luggage from the car park was hard.

This property (T4 - 3 bedrooms) has everything you need for a luxury stay in Bordeaux. Very comfortable in all aspects, spacious, well equipped, attentive host, easy check in, 3rd floor, a couple of steps then a lift, good wifi, central location in upscale area, surprisingly quiet as the shops closed at 9.
