Great central location, comfortable beds, clean room.

Only a small thing, but the coffee from the machine in reception wasn't nice.

Funky remodeled hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. Great vibe in the public rooms with still and sparkling water plus tea/coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Our room (upgraded to a triple) had plenty of space and a very large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and the room was lovely. It's clearly an older hotel but the remodel was thoughtful and we found it an excellent value in February 2025. We called the hotel to check on parking and the front office staff explained how they could reserve discounted parking for us at a nearby garage. We had a bit of a hiccup in accessing the parking, but the staff helped up work through that and when we checked in later, they upgraded our room. :) We'll definitely look to stay here again.

The location was perfect. Just around the corner of one of the best streets of the town. Walking distance to most of the good attractions including the best part of the city which is the riverside. The room was small but very convenient. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We did not have breakfast but I saw the buffet and it looked nice and satisfactory.

The hotel offers free water and hot beverage at the lobby. You can fill your bottle or glass with water and take it to your room but it could have been more convenient if they leave 2-3 bottles of water in the room. This is not a major thing though. Just an improvement recommendation.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. It's an interesting building with comfortable rooms.

There is no drop off point for people with cars so this is more suited to other travellers. Although a car park is available it's difficult to see how that works in practice without being able to visit reception first. If you have a non standard sized car you will need to park half a mile away. The hotel was filtered for parking before booking. We were kept waiting at reception for more than 30 minutes as it was unattended and the phone number provided went unanswered.

The hotel is very central but my room was very quiet. It's a nice hotel, more than the usual sterile rooms, it has personality. The room is impeccably clean, the bathroom is sufficiently big, the chairs soft and comfortable. You have your kettle if you feel like having a tea or a coffee in the room, and you can always take some fresh water from the reception. The hotel pays attention to sustainability.

The lift is a bit slow so I took the stairs instead.

I loved the little space near reception where I could wait until check in with coffee and orange, lemon and mint water. It was relaxing and refreshing on a hot day. The staff on arrival were lovely, and I could store my luggage until check in. They kindly recommended ordering an uber as the best way to catch my early morning train, which worked really well.

The room was quite dark and the view was to a small back area of other building windows and escape stairs, not very nice for Bordeaux. I paid extra for a larger double room, but even that was quite small.

The hotel is very well situated, very central and easy to arrive from the train station. We ordered no breakfast, but having free water available downstairs was great. The staff was very helpful and available at all times.

Our room was nice, but the bathroom was designed in a way, that showering always meant a lot of water on the floor. Tap design was also quite misleading. What is more, the heater in the bathroom was not on, and it was complicated to dry towels through the day as room temperature was not enough.

Location of Hotel was just excellent and staff very friendly. Loved the hotel and its classic French style. Being a person who travels a lot for work staying at often clinical style hotels this hotel oozed comfort and tradition and was just a perfect treat.

Our Room was a lovely size but having seen other rooms in the hotel they were quite small. Our hotel window opened out to a Fire Escape and we were nervous of opening our window at night in case of intruders however our room size was just perfect. More towels and Toilet Paper in the rooms would be recommended as we had to ask everyday for more supplies. I know we are all trying to be more sustainable but the choice should be with the customer as to whether they want fresh towels or not.

Lovely little hotel, right in the heart of Bordeaux. Well placed for shopping and restaurants. No car parking on site but a large underground public car park at the end of the road. Funky in design throughout, bijou in structure, the room was small but not claustrophobic. In room facilities were good, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable, not a lot of noise from the surrounding area.

Teeny tiny elevators - I know this is often the case with French boutique hotels, but 2 people and a couple of bags are about all you can expect! Otherwise, a lovely stay in a great City.

Hotel Konti review  From the moment we arrived there was a very warm welcome.  Every member of staff was pleasant and most helpful to us. The Hotel itself is very nicely designed and though quite compact had everything that we needed. The hotel and all staff are very environmentally aware incentivise guests to minimise carbon footprint and is well set up for recycling ♻️ which we appreciated. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. The design features of the Hotel are very unusual art deco and very comfortable The bathroom was very well designed with complimentary toiletries and the shower was utterly spectacular. The location of this charming hotel was simply superb. We were so close to everything in the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a tall narrow building with a very small lift. We stayed on 5th floor and though the room had no terrace we had a rooftop view of Bordeaux from the funky staircase opposite
