The location is quite close to the main road so has easy access to transport, easy to give directions to and very close to a shopping center. It is a very convenient location. I also liked how quiet it was and the bed was very comfortable.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low. It took a really long time for there to be enough water in the bathtub, which was one of the biggest deciding factors for me choosing to stay at this hotel. Also, the amenities in the kitchen were quiet limited, not sure if you can get more items upon request.

Specious apartment. You can feel like at home. Quiet hotel and well protected hotel. Gym available. Breakfast can be ordered to your room. DVD player available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Due to the fact that I used a foreign SIM card and no Wi-Fi available in city centre we took an expensive taxi to rich hotel. We have overpaid. I recommend to use uber app, if possible as it can be 4 times cheaper.

We liked the spacious apartment. The relatively quiet location in Nairobi is most convenient. We greatly appreciated the safe parking and the friendliness of reception and parking lot staff!

The quality of the breakfast selection and the care of serving it in the room would deserve an upgrade. No Kleenex tissues or napkins available, no pepper or salt could be obtained with the fried eggs (!), no single sharp knife was found among the cutlery to cut an apple. The fridge had to be started by our own care.

the location was superb for I was looking for tranquility, quietness and very discrete. Staff were polite and hospitable. it is also near to a shopping center, supper markets and plenty of restaurants to order from. the location is well known in the area for taxi, deliveries scooter for online orders.

food menu was a bit limited and fresh juices menu was only two type of fruits at the time.

We have stayed at Batian a few times and while this is surely a place that would deserve a bit of refreshment and refurbishing, the service is reliable and sufficiently professional to keep us going back. The staff is responsive when particular requests were made.

Our only criticism is that the kitchen equipment could be upgraded with the basic outfit of glasses, cups, good knives, bowls etc.

Breakfast exceeded my expectation, both their croissants and dawa tea were superb. Location is pretty nice, close to Yaya Center with a 24/7 Quick Mart across the street. Wifi was mostly stable and able to accommodate video calls. Staff was attentive to our needs and the IT specialist was called after we mentioned the Wifi not working. There's a chef that BBQs nyama choma (goat, beef, chicken), pretty delicious too! The room is bigger than I imagined and the shower with hot water was very recharging.

The mattress sunk in the middle so it wasn't the most comfortable bed to sleep in. The room was also pretty cold, compared to the temperature in the building and outside.

Clean, spacious, amazing staff from the gate, reception, restaurant all the way to cleaners. The location is wonderful, near Yaya Centre which is one of the best malls with most social amenities, nice eateries around, supermarket is 5 min walk, safe and secure environment.

The couch.. its too tiny and uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated just out of the Nairobi center, about a 10min drive away. The zone was very quiet during the night and we had a very comfortable and quiet sleep. There is a hot shower available. The apartment had a kitchen and a living room.

It is good to confirm working hours for breakfast directly with restaurant staff in case you need to check-out early.

Batians Peaks has a perfect location, close to Yaya Mall, and the 24hour QuickMart within 3 minutes walk from the premises. However, the most important for me and thus my continued return since 2016 is the convivial feeling of home! The staff are always present and available, all very focused on ensuring nothing is amiss! I love their smiles when you approach reception and the feeling you get of comfort and security at all times. The rooms are clean and amenities adequately provided. There's always someone to welcome you home and to wish you safe travels until your next return!
