We're returning again and again. Lovely staff, great location, good facilities. The big flats are super convenient for travelling with children, and not much more pricey. This time, the city view was especially appreciated for New Year's fireworks!

On good days, the wifi is just shamefully unreliable. On all other days, it's virtually non-existent. This is something we brought up during three previous stays and nothing has changed. Prepare to use mobile data all the time.

The staff were exceptionally nice. Security staff, in particular, and Maureen in reception were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Security was fantastic and made sure to let Ubers in and out so we were safe. Kitchen staff and housekeeping were very attentive and provided us with everything we asked for. I'd stay here again if visiting Nairobi. Well worth the money, clean, great location and great facilities.

Great value for money. Very spacious apartments with many bedrooms and a kitchen, perfect for families. Great that there is a pool, tasteful breakfast and laundry service available. The comound is green and secure. Nice part of town. We will defintely come back.

Would be great if food services are extended to include dinner. Now, we had to go out in order to get dinner. Access to (very nice) spa facilities is only limited, on alternating days for men and women. Would be easier if you could book them or if there were no gender restrictions. Smoking seems to be allowed in the halls. Would be better if the buildings would be smokinhg-free. The number/variety of utensils in the kitchen could be extended.

I love this place. For a group of 4 it is very reasonably priced for everyone getting their own bedroom plus kitchen/dining room/living room. Beautiful, tranquil grounds, friendly staff. Walking distance to Kenyatta Hospital.

Very poor internet. I wish the breakfast service started before 8am, we missed the free breakfast most days.

Location is really superb. Close to city centre, very quiet and peacefull, safe and not much traffic issues. Plenty of restaurants in Kilimani. Appartments are a bit outdated but no worn down. Facilities are good and breakfast is prepared fresh rather than a buffet.

Wifi connection was working but could be improved, there is a chaotic mess of extenders and repeaters rather then a centrally managed mesh network leading to security issues and bad reception.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were massive and well-appointed. The outside looked a bit tired but the whole place worked superbly well and was of a good standard for well-priced accommodation. The kitchen staff came in early to cook us breakfast before our shuttle trip to Tanzania. The guards were super friendly and helpful, as were the office staff. The pool was excellent. This stay exceeded our expectations.

Very spacious apartment for a family or a group. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets. A nice Chinese hotpot restaurant within 3 min walk. The street seemed safe, mostly hotels there. We stayed only one night so no comment on the facilities. The pool seemed clean though.

Finding the reception was difficult as there were no signs. Breakfast could be better. The balcony view was toward the street outside the compound.

Have stayed here twice now. Very professional staff. Safe feeling compound. Food was good but did take some time to come out when we did order. Only thing is the outdoor pool is not heated but we knew this when booking. Did not stop kids having fun swimming. Location just of one of the main roads in Nairobi but you can not hear any traffic really .

Lovely and spacious apartments that were very affordable!

We were using the place as a base for safari trips so we had early morning departures. The coordination between security and the admin staff could have been more on point. Poor security folks had to make super early phone calls to confirm whether we could leave. That caused unnecessary delays on 2 occasions.

The Staff were very good. The property was also well secured.

It was very noisy due to its proximity to the main roads. They should install noise cancellations to the rooms. Also the beddings were old and appeared dirty especially pillows and bedsheets.
