Everything was great. Swim up rooms are so nice. Location, cleanness, staff at the hotel are all great. Spa is also good and nice quality. The restaurants, including Asian, Greak, italian, Mongolian were included to all inclusive if you want alternative to open buffet. Food was so delicious too. Chef was kind and Professional. Hopefully we will visit the hotel again.. Just a side note: If you book extra trips to the islands next to Hurgada or snorkeling from the company located in the beach side of the hotel, be sure that you bargin ! I do not like some of the people working for that company since they ask overprice and then you have to bargin. It gives a feeling of being cheated. You may book your boat trips from booking way cheaper...

The beach could have been open by 7.30 pm. 6 pm is too early for summer. Or let the people stay on the beach/in the sea on their own risk after 6 pm until 7.30 pm The bed sizes could have been a little bit bigger. The bed sizes especially for double bed are not in European standards. Be sure either you book two single beds or king size bed. Single beds are good for a single person and very comfortable... However, those are minor details for areas of further improvements.. overall great... thanks

Excellent hotel of good quality. Quick check in. Spacious, clean room, mini-bar, kettle and tea and coffee. Large, well-groomed territory, cleanliness everywhere, beautiful gardens, trees, fountains, a very cozy place! Diverse, tasty, high-quality food: meat, fish, chicken, turkey, lamb. Drinks, snacks, fresh juices. Friendly staff throughout the hotel: reception, waiters, recreation, cleaners, restaurant workers, cooks, animation. Everyone does their job professionally and efficiently. Lots of entertainment for kids. Happy children, happy parents. Two water parks with slides, playground, mini disco every day. Beautiful sea, clean beach, there are always free sunbeds. Excellent buffet, but for a change there are great restaurants Ala Carte, guest relations will help to book. You immediately feel that the hotel is run by a true professional. Mr. Ayman El Sayed is a real credit for this hotel, because he understands well what is needed for a quality holiday and to satisfy the needs of any guests! Thank you very much! Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish! A huge thank you to Mr. Mina at reception for a warm welcome, a fantastic room upgrade, and for effortlessly managing our restaurant reservations. Our son adored the two amazing kids' pools, especially the pirate slides, and we loved the soft sandy beach – perfect for relaxing and building sandcastles, a refreshing change from the rocky shores often found in Hurghada. Dining was a highlight! The Italian restaurant served an incredible steak, and we're grateful to Mostafa (335) for his outstanding service. The Mongolian restaurant offered a unique and enjoyable experience, and Mohamed (315) was incredibly helpful in guiding us to create the perfect meal. Khaled (317) in the main restaurant deserves special mention for anticipating our drink orders daily – a truly personal touch! Mr. Boules, the restaurant manager, ensured every dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. Room service was consistently speedy and spotless, thanks to Mohamed (161) who kept our room pristine. Alaa by the pool was invaluable, always ensuring we had a prime spot and everything we needed by the water. Highly recommend! Finally, Saeed makes the great waffles by the pool. Really the stuff makes everything wonderful and perfect.

While the snack restaurant offered satisfying choices like pasta, rice, meat, hot dogs, and ice cream, I feel it would benefit greatly from a wider array of sandwich selections, given its purpose as a snack spot. Fortunately, the main restaurant offers excellent lunch options if you're looking for more variety. The animation team was excellent with the kids. To make their activities even more exciting, consider adding face painting and having them dress up in costumes to draw the children in more effectively.

We had a perfect room, clean with nice view, close to kids aqua park. AC working perfectly. Housekeeping on the top. Nice, and tasty food in main restaurant with good variety. Recommend to try Mongolian alla carte. Beach and pools are clean with amazing staff always happy to assist you. Overall we had a nice family stay. Bravo for lifeguards team during foam party, you did amazing job.

Restaurants alla carte - not enought staff to serve all guests. Italian alla carte, very poor quality, I think only bolognese was a pasta we enjoyed. Animation team just walking around with some good morning. We were also in Titanic Resort and its nothing to compare. For us just boring, even kids were not motivated enough to join them. Foam party - huge disaster. Dear Management please kindly look closely to it before some huge accident will happen.

Our stay at Titanic Royal was absolutely excellent, thanks in large part to Mina, the Front Office Manager. He is a true gentleman who genuinely cares about guest satisfaction and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The resort itself is in a prime location, featuring a stunning beach and several pools to choose from. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the staff’s dedication to providing exceptional service. That level of excellence comes as no surprise when you meet their General Manager, Mr. Hatem, whose commitment to maintaining the resort’s reputation and professionalism is clearly reflected in every detail. Having experienced Titanic resort & Aqua park we can confidently say that Titanic Royal is by far the best. We strongly recommend avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park, where unfortunately, the customer service falls far below expectations. We sincerely hope that their team can learn from the outstanding example set by Mr. Mina and Mr. Hatem. Thank you, Mr. Hatem, for your serious approach and exemplary leadership. And thank you, Mina, for making our stay truly memorable.

Second time with all inclusive stay and I can tell I love it especially with 2 years old baby. Hotel top shelf with all aspects. Staff always very helpful with fantastic service.

Kids playing area need more attention and cleaning.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for family’s of all ages. I chose a Swim up room, this was perfect as I was able to relax whilst the children enjoyed the pool and the small water parks located just across my room. The lifeguards were at every pool and security were constantly walking around the hotel ensuring the children were safe at the pool. Nothing was too much for the staff here, every request I made was dealt with straight away. This made my holiday stress free with my children. The children had an amazing time. Hotel rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The manager Mohammed was very kind and helpful and ensured any queries were answered promptly. I will definitely be returning, thank you :)

We loved everything about the hotel. Staff was exceptionally kind Omar at the reception was the kindest man ever. We loved the food in the buffet as well as a la carte options available. Our bartender and our waiter throughout the whole time we were there was Abdulaziz and Thomas. They were all smiles %100 of the time and Thomas was kept coming by our chairs during the day to make sure we are hydrated during the heat. On of the days we were there was my husband’s birthday and I can’t begin to tell you how thoughtful everyone had been. Not only they decorated our room but also they found out which restaurant we made reservations for that night and surprised us with a decorated table as well as a surprise birthday cake. Property itself is very clean entertainment during the evening was nice. Good for children as well (even though we came as a couple) we for sure are hoping to come back next year
