Front desk staff upon check was great. I also appreciated that there wasn't carpet in the room.

There wasn't a curtain on the window, just the flipshade, a curtain would have been appreciated. The mattress itself was decent however, it was sitting on a "hideaway" set up type thing so it moved around and made noise. I was also trying to pack light and was disappointed that there wasn't much toiletries, a soap bar and a hotel size shampoo bottle was it. No breakfast or coffee setup either but there was a vending machine looking coffee thing, not sure if it costs anything, but the typical set up would have been nice as I did see quite a few people staying there for work as well.

It is a basic hotel, on arrival it was spotlessly clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile. There is an on site Gym, and a laundry. There is a coffee machine in the reception area, and a vending machine in the foyer. There are many places to eat or drink close by and a huge free car park The room. Our bedding and towels were changed once during our stay but you could ask and pay if you needed it done more often. The kitchen area had a large fridge freezer, sink, hob, microwave oven and bin. If you wanted crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans etc you just asked at reception. Bathroom was spacious with a bath, great shower, sink and toilet. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well keeping us cool in 110 degree heat. Room also had a desk 2 chairs and an arm chair. Plus the usual storage and a TV. It was a nice touch to find a clock and telephone in the room too.

Nothing to complain about whatever problems you have reception are happy to help.

No thrills room. Clean, roomy and its like a small studio. Quiet and conveniently located. Easy to get to with only one round about. Night time it can get tricky, but it’s not bad. Staff may not be a desk, but wait wasn’t long. No coffee or extras in room, but theres a “pay for” coffee machine in lobby and some vending machines. Affordable price! Will be staying there again. Veteran friendly

It was kinda clean. We noticed some stuff Atilla left behind. No biggie I guess.

The shower head. It sucked. There is no pressure of a shower head. I adjusted and nothing. It was lame. Get better shower pressure or fix it.

The place was so clean, I would say sterile. I liked not having someone enter the room each day. I liked switching out towels.

Would of liked complimentary coffee as an option. And would of liked an ice machine. Really those were the only 2 things I missed from a traditional hotel stay

The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to off of the interstate. Newer facility. Full kitchen if you need it. (We didn’t) Clean. Friendly staff.

No coffee pot in room. Bedding/towels were a bit sparse. No blow dryer or iron that you usually find in hotel rooms, but all in all not bad for a 1 night stay.

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and proficient. The lobby, my room, and the hallways were all clean and well maintained.

The smoke detector or fire alarm was close to the bed. It strobes a tiny light every minute or so. It was distracting when trying to sleep. Also, I never like the cloth shower curtains. It feels weird to have them in the shower, soaking up water.

The young man who checked me in was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was refreshing for someone from his generation. The entire staff was helpful. After meeting the general manager, I don't have to wonder why my stay was so wonderful. She is a great leader by example.

I didn't like how some guests allowed their children to run around the facilities unsupervised.

Everything was great. Loved having a fridge in the room and stove and microwave.. Staff was very helpful, and respectful, and just very nice people.

Only thing missing was a pool and a hot tub.

I liked that we were able to come right in and check in and get our room quickly as we just drove 9 hours to get there. The one who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The process was very well and convenient for me.

About the only thing was for me and my boys the room and the beds were a little too small but we make things work like that as we do alot of traveling like this. The main dislike was the location of the toilet paper dispenser it was so low and hard to reach we ended up just taking the toilet paper off the dispenser and placing it on the counter to have better access.
