Room and bathroom were clean. Bed very comfortable. Needed a new shower curtain and rod as they were rusted, though.

Knew about the ongoing construction for the pool when we booked. Didn’t affect our stay but certainly reduced the number of guests, which may have affected staffing. Had to request new towels as the rooms are only cleaned after your third night. Requested at 9am as we were leaving for the day. Were finally delivered around 10pm, after enquiring at the front desk many hours earlier.

The close proximity to the airport was wonderful, especially after a late evening flight. The room was very clean and well kept.

It would be nice if the vending machines offered something more substantial than sugary/salty snacks (ie: sandwiches or even soup). I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the restaurant was already closed. Fast food isn’t everyone’s “cup of tea”, so soup and/or sandwiches would be a good economical option, and guests wouldn’t have to go elsewhere to grab a quick bite.

Everything! Across highway with easy access to Airport. Free shuttle service to/from airport, at ANY time, including courteous service to/from restaurant and then to airport for late afternoon flight AFTER we checked out. (I understand this is only hotel in Minot that offers such extensive shuttle service). Rooms were large, carpeted, quiet (very large facility)with attractive wood furnishings including a real closet and a very comfortable bed. Lamps without ceiling lights. On site restaurant (closed Mondays) had quality menu offerings. Super nice, accommodating staff. Thermostat & TV worked well.

This is an odd place but the staff are very friendly and try and help. We had dinner at the hotel and there were no wait staff! Eventually our host/greeter, Emma, a 16 year old part timer, took charge of the situation, took our order, arranged for drinks to be brought to us, motivated the rest of the staff and generally looked after us splendidly.........but really. They have an extensive wine list and the Piattelli, an Argentine Malbec is delicious. btw the 'by the glass' pours are 125ml so if you're going to have more than 3 glasses, or want to keep some for the following day, buy a bottle. The shuttle to the station worked well.

Our room over looked the atrium around which this hotel is built. The room had no net curtains and we could look directly into similar rooms across the atrium and they could look directly into ours, no privacy unless we used the blackout sleeping curtains. Also there was no desk in the room making computer use very awkward. The restaurant was very cold, especially round the edges of the room, to the point where your food got cold before you could eat it. So wrap up and take a table in the middle of the room.

Outstanding customer service Understood I was stranded and allowed me to use my mother’s (with her permission) Credit card for Security deposit’s because they did not accept debit cards. It was -5 degree weather I was stranded in North Dakota during the holidays. She basically made my day so much easy and allowed me to refresh

Good location ,really a grand style hotel, great bones,needs some general renovations going forward.nice lobby,nice looking restaurant and bar.good pool/spa area.Friendly helpful staff.

Restaurant could be open later as people arrive sometimes later at hotels and the restaurant is a nice feature.curious if North Dakota has a minimum age for toddlers and small children in the Hot Tub,none were posted and the spa was overrun with2-12 year olds

Breakfast had standard options and was good. Service was excellent. Continental breakfast would be nice since hotel is more pricey.

The pool was freezing! Too cold for our little to swim, but we went during the week so maybe heat wasn't on? The hot tub was good.

Hotel was conveniently located in Minot and had nice amenities. The restaurant inside the hotel had fabulous food and the pool/hot tub was a nice amenity.

When we arrived to our room there were still dishes left out from prior guests sitting right outside our door that did not get pick up until after our stay. The hotel is very large and can be a bit confusing getting to and from your room.

We had a nice quiet stay over the fourth of July. The hotel was very quiet, the staff was accommodating.

There is construction in the pool and the bar and restaurant until later this fall.

The restaurant food was great. The staff is very nice, attentive and friendly.The bed was very comfortable. My daughter and I also enjoyed the hot tub to relax. Overall a great value for your money. Would stay here again when I come see my daughter for college.
