Size of the room and facilities inside the room were amazing.The size of the bathroom was good for the number of people in the room .could do a not more on wardrobe space, but overall room experience was worth the money.

Breakfast was below standard, the variety wasn’t good enough, the bakery and pastry areas weren’t fresh, too noisy and smell wasn’t great.Not much staff around to help, too many long queues. Should improve to maintain competition with other hotels. Even the room staff should keep an eye on toilet rolls and water bottles in the room. We had to request for these basic services mostly everyday

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff who offered us a upgrade on arrival when checking in. Cannot fault anything. Location is great.

Non availability of wheelchair although it was noticed in hotel, but never provided and we had to purchase one , also attitude of concierge when asked for it and that we are not happy and we will share bad review he didn't care which was really bad experience. To be honest the road was blocked by excavation and maintenence which affected the location. It is far from ladies entrance , although they provide shuttle to drop women but they need to make it every 15 minutes not half an hours also at Fajr prayer they need to make it every 15 minutes instead of 1 hr.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam Hotel in Madinah. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The housekeeping staff were efficient, polite, and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing – a huge selection of dishes, all fresh and delicious. The desserts were truly out of this world! A special mention to Ahmed Soliman and Omar Saleem, who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Overall, we cannot fault this hotel or the service. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying here again

Happy with everything. This was my third stay here and very happy with service.

I have stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah before and previously faced some issues, but this time my experience was completely different and truly excellent. The hotel services have improved a lot and everything was very well managed. I reached the hotel much earlier than my check-in time, but I was given a room on priority without any delay. At the reception, Mr. Umar (with glasses) assisted me with great professionalism. Although I don’t recall his full name, I truly appreciate his kindness, efficiency, and outstanding service throughout the process. During my stay, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. Pullman Zamzam has now become my permanent choice whenever I visit Madinah. I am very satisfied with their improved services and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This property has an excellent location as it is right outside masjid nabawi (less than a 1 minute walk). However it is important to note that once you are inside the masjid it is approx a 15 minute walk to the women’s section. This can be challenging in extremely hot weather but otherwise not a problem. The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom and shower were spacious. The mattress and pillows were comfy. The housekeeping staff were very attentive, especially Elias and his team they knocked my door every single day to ensure I had everything I needed. To my pleasant surprise there is also a new shopping centre across the street which made my life very easy as there is a huge variety of restaurants and cafes to go for food. The breakfast buffet needs improving, it wasn’t very tasty.

I requested a room that wasn’t connecting but unfortunately they still gave me a connecting room. This can be troublesome if neighbours are loud.

Super friendly staff from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning team. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Dinner was great too. They had a good variety of food, and it changed every day so we didn't get bored. Hotel is also very close to Masjid Nawabi. 4 min walk from hotel to INSIDE the mosque (men side) and maybe around 2-3 min more for female side.

The rooms and bathrooms feel a bit dated, and the hotel could benefit from some modernisation to enhance the overall guest experience.

This was my 4th time staying at the the Pullman zamzam Im very pleased with the service from the duty manager (Abdur Raouf) Very kind understanding and accommodating The breakfast had so much variety and absolutely delicious They catered for young children to old age I will definitely will be booking here again

I was a little disappointed with the 3 cleaners who came and cleaned out room on the first floor They didn’t clean the bathrooms properly and the second day I had to tell them also they moved the beds to make them and didn’t push them back to thier original place

We stayed for the last week of Ramadhan and really enjoyed the hotel. Whilst we did not try the breakfast as it was rather expensive. However room service was brilliant, each day our room was cleaned and restocked. The hotel was 5 minutes walkto Masjid Nabawi for male entrance to Salah and about 15 minutes walk to the women's entrance. The coffee and snacks were delicious from the cafe. We liked the shops nearby which was very handy. The museums were a 5 minute walk away and were absolutely informative and an amazing experience. The restaurants near the museum building were a favourite spot and very convenient. We hope to return here in the future insha'Allah. Concierge was very good in helping to bring our suitcases to and from our rooms on arrival and departure.

Breakfast was too expensive in Ramadhan.

Actually, I gave bit lower rating specially because of staff service was not good on breakfast. Most of dishes emptied and refilled very late. The sitting arrangement was good but due to bad service we didn't enjoyed our breakfast.

Everything as per expectations and enjoyed our stay. Only, staff services need to improve specially the luggage and restaurant staff.
