U do receive quite a number of Indians staying at the hotel. The food choices can include dishes to accommodate them. This will also promote our nation being a multirace for those tourists. Even your television programs dont make us feel welcomed. Plus, you should have flexible check in n out times. I had to pay 450 for my stay but only spent for approx. 6hrs as my meeting scheduled were changed last minute and the hotel didnt support a change of date request, despite the booking platform offered a change.

I have travelled all over the world and have lived in many hotels but Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel is the best hotel I can easily say. Spending 14 days in the hotel, I say very nice staff members and they always ready for help (keep calling me Professor Aamir), spacious room with nice and cute bathroom, excellent services, great breakfast, awesome club lounge with nice staff members, above all the location is amazing, five min walk from Asia Jaya LRT station that allows you to travel anywhere. I will, for sure, choose the same hotel next year inshaullah!

Not much to say the only thing, weird one, lifts are bit confusing.

Although free breakfast was offered to me I did not eat in the hotel as I had prior appointments. One light bulb in the ceiling was not working, and the piston/lifter in the chair at the desk appeared faulty as it kept sinking. Minor issues and I forgot to inform the front desk when I checked out. . Otherwise I had a pleasant stay. Staff from car valet, to security to the front office that I interacted with were very courteous and helpful.

Mentioned above...light bulb and chair. Room 1003. Separately I found the alcove in which the toilet was placed, too small...don't think you can do anything about position of the toilet.

I love that each and everyone of the hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Everyone greets you with honour and respect unlike other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. The room space was exceptional and very comfortable bedsheets with comforter. Oh.. and their Club Lounge was the main highlight of my stay. Beautiful scenery and the lounge was very peaceful to relax.

I guess the only thing that I didn't fancy was their daily variety of the breakfast buffet. Even though the breakfast buffet spread was astonishing and taste was delicious, they cooked the same dishes everyday that I stayed. Would've love if they changed up maybe the mains dishes.

Room were clean , Check in and out very smooth , location is very good for person who don't like to be in noise area . But you can't go any where by walk. Breakfast was good.

Only one elevator that work to our floor , staff advise us to use staff elevator who carry food and clean stuff so in general everything was good except the elevator make sure they fix it and go ahead

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel , and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish . One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Service Manager , Ammar . He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable , from providing recommendations for local restaurants , attractions , and activities . His professionalism , attention to detail , and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable ! The hotel's facilities are also top-notch , with a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool . I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant , which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes . Overall , I would highly recommend Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable hotel experience . The combination of excellent service , comfortable rooms , and great facilities make it a standout choice in the area ! ^_^

The room was very nice alongwith the bathroom facilities and toiletries. Ample charging points for all gadgets. WiFi was very smooth.

Considering increasing Indian travellers, there should be an Indian chef to provide Indian options especially vegetarian options (including bakery to become eggless for breads, croissants, etc)

The place is very luxurious and good maintained

This is my first visit here, just have 2 things I’m not like about it. Entrance light was defect Every time we come out from the room there will be very bad smell, like destroy food. It’s actually comes from same row of my room they put the plates with meats out side the door which left the whole day. Even today when I checked out the plates still there.

I stayed at Sheraton for a conference held there. Sincerely, out of the hotels I have stayed, Sheraton is my top 3. The breakfast is sooooo good. Even our lunch menu during conference was excellent *chef kissed. My favourite tea break time was chocolate tart. So so so good. Highly recommend to have a staycation or u have work nearby, to stay at Sheraton. And also their bathrooms interior, very Instragrammable!
